When my boy got there he thasaid they had 2 four packs an oil change and a wheel alignment in front of him now it would be 3 hrs or so . We explain to him again that the trailer was on the interstate and we needed to move it ASAp and couldn't he take 5minutes to mount a tire. He said no and told us we would not be able to get that tire anywhere else but there. We said the heck with that went down the street to NW tire had us out in 15 minutes with 2 new tires and same brand tire for about 1/2 the price . I do not recommend anybody use this this store

I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!
