After dropping us off, he had to return from Timberline to the airport to pick up other customers and take them most of the way back to Mt. Hood. He was extremely patient and calm. He actually was reassuring me not to worry, he would be able to manage both trips. Well, he certainly did in the face of very difficult circumstances. He encountered an accident on the way up and another one on the way down, both of which delayed him. He also faced whiteout conditions on Mt. Hood. He handled all of this calmly and expertly.
