Based on the reviews here on Yelp, I believed that Anytime Airporter was a one-person operation. NOT TRUE! The person I interfaced with was Sam. He was very helpful in setting up my schedule. After the times were nailed down, I felt confident that he would take care of me. A couple weeks after making my schedule, I needed to change the time: no problem! I was picked up right on time, the driver was very nice, opened my door and took my bags. Told me where I'd be picked up, but I didn't quite know what he was talking about, lol! (the airport is a lot different from the last time I went there.) On the way back, Sam contacted me with a courtesy reminder while I was still in transit. I was very grateful for the reminder as I was totally exhausted. I asked at that time, "if i can get an earlier flight, will that work for you?" he says, "yes." **PLEASE NOTE: Twice I've made a plan and later asked to change it; the second time, my request was last minute. Both times, they were on board with whatever I wanted to do. Upon arrival, Sam gave me instructions on where to meet my driver. He was right there...NO WAITING, no wondering if this was my guy. He hopped out and grabbed my stuff. (I am sure I looked pretty wilted.) Saib was easy to chat with and friendly...I enjoyed having him as my driver. A little late on our review, but we highly recommend this service! We live in Hillsboro and the drive to the airport is the last thing we want to do when we are coming and going from a long trip overseas. Sam was punctual and knew all the best ways to get around Portland traffic. read more

If you need a ride in the Portland Metro area, Sam and Anytime Airporter Shuttle is the best place to look. Sam was friendly, professional, and courteous. I arrived back at PDX just before midnight on Christmas Eve. I was afraid I would get in later, after the last MAX light rail train, so I had called around to see who might be available to pick me up and drive me home. I could trust Uber or Lyft to have drivers available late on Christmas Eve, so I contacted several taxi companies, but they were all well over $100.00 each. Then I contacted Anytime Airporter Shuttle, spoke with Sam and was delighted to find him available and at much less money. A couple of days before my return trip I made all the arrangements with Sam. Sam took all my necessary information, and that was it, he handled everything from there. Sam tracked my homeward bound flight, and was waiting at PDX for me when I arrived, sending me a text where he could be found. The minivan was clean, inside and out, and very comfortable as well. The trip from PDX to Beaverton was pleasant, with a just little conversation, traveling safely to my doorstep. Sam even gladly took my "shortcut" to Beaverton, and we arrived in no time at all. First time trying a shuttle service and Sam picked us up right on time from Washougal. Opened our doors, loaded our luggage and we where on our way. Vehicle was SPOTLESS and smelled clean. Very pleasant experience with a safe driver and worth the cost compared to paying for parking and having to drag all your luggage from parking garage to terminals. Dropped us off right near valet parking area at PDX. Grabbed a business card and will be utilizing Anytime Airport shuttle from here on out. Thanks Sam!!! Super smooth from booking to drop off. Called Sam 24 hrs ahead for an airport drop off and the customer service was great! On the day of drop off, the van was very clean, Sam was on time, and the drive to the airport was zero stress. Sam saved my day!! I was stranded in Hood River, trying to get to PDX in time for my return flight home. Uber was unavailable. All other services were closed or unable to take me. I was extremely fortunate to come across information on Sam and Anytime Airporter Shuttle! I shared a driving trip from Bakersfield to Salem, OR with my good friend and neighbor who was moving back to OR. Upon arriving in OR I was overcome with severe allergies and exhausted when it was time to fly out of Portland back home. So, to say it was invaluable to hire a driver who was dependable, on-time, good driver and great at his job, is a BIG understatement! I was spending more than I had planned on but the price was provided up front when I arranged the ride and having a company that is permitted, does extensive driver background checks and has a tracker on their vehicles and driver arrives early to pick you up and early to the airport - what's that worth - everything! I would trust Sam with my family and friends and in particular elderly parents! I don't know if most people realize there are transportation vehicles that operate but don't have permits, no background checks on drivers and just show up at the airports drawing customers in with lower prices. The cost to you and your family could be your life! I have already given Sam and Anytime Airporter Shuttle's info to numerous people.
