I would give Prestige 100 stars if possible! We had three family members that got stranded in Portland during this past horrific ice and wind storm. They needed to get down to Eugene to visit family. Ilyas and his brother did a remarkable job driving them down in bad driving conditions on the road. What a great safe vehicle they have! they went above and beyond to help our family be comfortable and even stopped at a store to get some food and supplies! They are so professional and they also are genuinely wonderful and kind people that care about the work they do and their clients. I recommend them so highly and I'm so grateful that I found their number and worked with them. their price was very reasonable as we were getting some bids from other companies that were much much higher. Ilyas was very easy to communicate with from my very first call when I was checking for availability and pricing. Ilyas and Mo chauffeured us on two different days. The first day to the Multnomah Falls and other spots on route. The second to Seaside, Cannon Beach and Astoria. A great car service. I called with short notice to take some family to the airport, my car seats 5 but had 6 to transport. I was going to rent a car to take them, but I called Marquee to inquire on price, it was the same as renting a car for the task. Staff were polite, informative and fast on the phone to book the ride. I forgot to mention that my neighborhood is under construction as the city is replacing the underground pipes, and they still arrived ON TIME. Easy to arrange for my birthday occasion. We had the Sprinter party van. Ed, our driver, was professional, courteous and most importantly on time. He patiently waited for us all to gather. The van was spotless and like new. Ed was a calm driver and very safe. When we asked, he spent a few extra minutes driving us through the city because we were having so much fun in the van. Also Mo was very agreeable while arranging the event and always responded promptly to questions. Payment was easy and Mo was very laid back about the whole thing. I had an exceptional experience with this car service company! I needed a last-minute ride to the train station and they were able to accommodate me with very little notice. The driver was not only punctual but also went above and beyond by staying with my father until the train arrived.
