Started them off on a major remodeling. I have nothing good to say about them. Ex: failed to put…read moreinsulation in an exterior wall, when the roll of insulation was sitting right next to the wall. It was still there when they had completed the wall is how I knew they didn't install it. Failed to insulate main water line in the attic like I ask. Excuse was it never drops below freezing here. One of the three shower controls doesn't work properly and they couldn't get it fixed. I've had three other plumbers look at it and they couldn't figure out what is wrong either other than it has to be how Five Oak ran the water lines in the walls. Told them I wanted the largest shower door possible. After they installed they said it could have easily been 4" longer. They did fix it but I probably had to pay for it cause we were on time and materials. Final billing included everything including numerous redos that they said they weren't going to charge me for. Since that time I have never heard anything good about this company and what I have heard from many people was all bad.

I also told them I would be in the bench by the tram door and he confirmed he would meet me there at 10am. I rearranged my day to drive to the lake and meet them out there. At 10:30 I called their office and the same girl that scheduled me said that she didn't see me in the schedule then came back and said oh it was yesterday morning. I explained that I hadn't called them until yesterday late afternoon so that was impossible and read her the email I received confirming I was correct. She then said oh well he is sick today and she said he told her he contacted me, which was untrue via phone, email or text. She said she would just reschedule. Well I don't want anything to do with a company that is that can't get themselves together from the get go. That was a waist of 2 hours for me and they couldn't care less. A company that isn't more competent than that isn't getting my business or more of my time.
