Review Visit: June 13th, 2016…read more A perfect combination of fun and delicious. I have, admittedly, been here many times before June 13th. But that is neither here nor there. The only thing you need to know is that this place has cheap mini golf and some of the best ice cream around. The mini golf portion is about $5.50 a person, young ones being cheaper. The course is your typical 18 holes. But this course is quite challenging and I have only sunk a few Hole-in-Ones here. There is a sweet deep blue fountain/waterfall that runs through most of the park. My ball has gone in the water more times than I care to admit. The challenging but fun course aside, the real gem here is their ice cream. Imported all the way from Madison, Wisconsin, this is some of the best that I have. It easily is in my Top 3. My usual is a Caramel ChocoLatte. Sooooo good. The company they get it from is called Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream and I really want to visit Madison, Wisconsin one day to have ice cream directly from them. All in all, a great place to spend an afternoon putting balls and devouring ice cream. This is actually one of the few places on my blog that falls into two categories. Mini Golf and Ice Cream Shack, since you can pop in and enjoy ice cream without ever stepping on the green.

It's $34/hour for a lane and for three people, we were able to get two games in, so, about $5.67 per game. Not terrible! We went at 1pm on a Sunday and the place was so big that we had no problem getting a lane, which is nice when you don't have to wait. You can choose between glow or normal bowling, and the folks at the counter and bar were all very nice. I also saw someone cleaning the tables each time a party left, that's awesome! So clean! My hubs and I visited Old Orchard Links for the first in the early afternoon on Memorial Day…read more There were only a couple of other groups here when we arrived, but by the time we left the place was packed. For two adults and two rounds of mini golf the cost was only $20. We played each of the 2 courses; they have a blue course and an orange course. 18 holes on each course. Adult price for 18 holes is just $6. If you play the second course immediately following the first it's just $4 more. Hubs even bought a beer for a mere $4. The mini golf courses are very well maintained and super clean. No trash to be seen anywhere. Clean ponds. The gentleman working in the pro-shop/game area was super friendly and did a nice job of explaining the rules, as we'd never been here before. I like that Old Orchard had 4 different putter lengths to choose from. Most mini golf places never give you an option. I highly recommend visiting. Fun for all ages and a great location. You could definitely make a day out of Old Orchard and visit the bowling alley, too. We'll be back!

I love mini golf and this place was so great. First off, it was really reasonably priced for the two of us to golf 18 holes at $6.00 per person. They also offer food, ice cream, and a variety of drinks (including beer) to have while you're hitting the links. The holes themselves were really nice and well kept. They were equal parts fun and challenging. Quite a few holes have water hazards that ended up being my demise, but it was all in good fun. We golfed on 18 of the 36 that they have to offer, but we'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!
