We came here after a bad experience at another veterinary office left me wondering about their level of expertise. Happy Tails left no question in my mind about their veterinary knowledge, their commitment to excellent care, and their empathy. Gentle but thorough, describes the vets with whom we've dealt with here. All of my pets who have been seen here are the better for it. Dr. Theresa has been an excellent source of needed information and veterinary care. She also diagnosed our cat within seconds of examining her; the other vet we hap frequented earlier apparently did not look carefully at her mouth despite our description of the problem. All of the staff members are kind, helpful, and efficient. One feels valued and our pets seem to actually be noticed and appreciated.
