I wish I could rate with no stars the communication with this company is awful and that's not the worst of it , the quality of the cabinets is extremely horrible lots of dings,scratches and pitting all over. Seams and edges paint very sloppy and when you try and speak with a rep they say the focus on the outside of the cabinet not the insides. the shelves were very rough and had actually dents all over I get it the shelves are on the inside but I have to see it and rub my hands against. We sent 23 cabinet fronts back only to have them just ok I had asked a question of Grant the rep they sent out about what he was trying to wipe off he said he didn't know what I was talking about but it was a swirl/scratch on the front. t I trusted that the cabinets would be done right the second try so I didn't inspect right away my fault in trusting in this company. We had deeply scratch pieces and very cheap "ship lap" pieces that we couldn't even use in our remodel. Trying to piece trim pieces and such to hide all of the defects was very difficult we are still working at trying to get it to look like we wanted it to with no help from Countryside. Grant the rep they sent out had made promises to fix some to of the flaws in a cabinet with glass doors we had but not before he bashed the install and we never received the fix or any more help. Go to Menards we did our lower level with them 8 years ago and the cabinets are amazing still and the customer service we received was top notch, and a fraction of the price read more

I wanted to match the cabinets that I already had, both style and stain. Their stain dept. took 3 times to get it close enough to use over a period of 10 months. I signed off on the stain match at a 25% mark-up for stain matching. When I received the cabinets, the stain did not even come close and had a white haze to them. I rejected them. They said they could fix the stain match. That attempt was closer but did not match their own stain match sample. So they made another set of cabinets and sent them unfinished. They have not / will not reimburse me for the $2,600.00 dollars for the stain matching mark-up. So I have to stain them myself and while I am at it I may reinforce areas in the construction where they installed plastic "braces". read more

I an very disappointed with my Countryside cabinets and the company. I used them for the first time for our kitchen remodel in 2020. Cabinet construction is sub-par with particleboard box and stapled in plastic braces. Their drawers use a finicky slide out mechanism that is really hard to get put back together if you completely pull out a drawer. When remodeling our bathrooms, I reluctantly used them again, only to match what we had in the kitchen. One vanity came with a loose drawer front that I have to install myself. Five of the six drawer fronts on one vanity are 14 1/2" wide and one is 14 1/4" wide. Terrible quality control and it's been months since I sent pictures and measurements of the ill-produced product, and I still haven't received the right sized drawer front or any response whatsoever. Buy cheap - get cheap. read more

I have been dealing with countryside cabinetry for a little over a year now and they are amazing. As a dealer based out of Chicagoland area, I have the option to sell any one of the over 1000 registered cabinet manufacturers in the United States but I choose Countryside for numerous reasons. 1 the customer service is amazing. In the world of construction many things can go wrong in a blink of an eye, and with so many people on a single site, the blame game is never ending. Countryside understands that. I've never had an issue I couldn't resolve immediately. Even on the most custom items, the replacement orders turn around time are fast, and the product is of great quality. 2 the product, for the price of these cabinets you can compare them to just about the anyone in the market yet I've found their prices to be most affordable. My clients on average save over 20-30% on countryside compared to the other brands found in high end boutiques and big box stores. I hope I can continue to do great things with countryside. By far one of the best companies to partner with. read more

Finish washed of the cabinets during normal cleaning (with water) within 2 years. The company would not stand behind the advertised 10 year warranty. Legal action is likely the next step read more

My cabinets are peeling. The company will not stand by their warranty. Also called De Pere cabinets. We were told this happened because we washed our floors with vinegar and water. and NO WE DID NOT WASH the cabinets with that solution. Also, the cabinets are only peeling where water frequently splashes on them. If it was the result of a solution then all the cabinets would have the same issues. Cabinets that are not used frequently still look good. read more

The quality of this product is very, very poor and their customer service is even worse. The majority of the base cabinets I received were not glued together and I've been told that its not likely that the company will do anything about it because "no one will see it." These were not cheap cabinets and for the price I paid, I expected more. I don't care that no one will be able to see the issue, it's about the quality and durability of this product. Don't waste your time with this company. read more
