I found Dino after doing a YELP search for plumbers in my area. I called, left a message, and he called me back in short order. [I had a leak emanating from a valve in one of the pipes above my hot water heater in my basement.] He offered to come that day, but since the leak wasn't dripping that much, we arranged for a time 2 days later that was more convenient for me. He called that morning to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived right at the time he had indicated with a friendly assistant. They assessed the issue and he solved the problem in about 5 minutes. Because the issue was just tightening the valve a bit, he left a card and didn't charge me (and he also checked an tightened another valve on the main water shutoff for my unit). After two neighbors had water damage due to aging plumbing, I decided to have all the shut off valves replaced in both bathrooms. I received a quick response to my initial phone call, an appointment was set, the job was reviewed and I got a detailed quote as to the total cost. When I agreed the work was done immediately and quickly. I can now rest easy that all the valves are easy to open and close and nothing leaks. I was also able to get the furnace humidifier and ice maker fully operational with new saddle valves. Dino responded quickly to my quote request. He asked me to call him with more specific information then gave a reasonable quote. He was willing to work around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated! He found the problem quickly and made the repair, but wanted to check in the basement. He found another problem and had to remove the toilet to put in a new seal. All in all he only charged his original quote. Was very happy with Dino and his apprentice for taking care of my problem/s. I needed to have a bathroom faucet replace. I called Countryside Plumbing and he return my call the next day and set up an appointment for the replacement. He arrived on time and and completed the work in about 20 minutes. The charge was 150.00 at the time i though it was a bit much. I have used Countryside Plumbing before and the work has always been done correctly with out having a return visit for corrections.
