The Drs, Techs, and Front Desk Ladies are always great. Our concerns have always been addressed, the advice always helpful, and we feel we are part of the team. Dr. Laura Decker is wonderful to work with, and really knows Terriers! Westies can be pretty sceptical meeting a new person at eye level while leashed, she takes the time to let the dogs get to know her voice, and has a gentle touch. By the time she touches them they are eating treats out of her hand! This is a rare talent! We have encouraged our family and friends to make this Clinic a part of their pet's care. I loved my vet there but the staff was what set me looking elsewhere for care for my two dogs. I went to South Shore on recommendation from two people. My first experience was neutering my puppy. South Shore was significantly less expensive than other offices (I checked cost) and the service they provided was incredible. Everyone in the office was incredibly professional and caring. I felt totally comfortable with Dr Emily Van Arsdale Trent. She listened and explained how the day would work and most of all demonstrated compassion for my pup and for me.
