Worst trailer park you could live in. They do NOT maintain the park. Will leave the roads icy and covered in a foot of snow. My sink got clogged and maintenance came took my skirting off and disconnected my pipe to the sink then left and never came back so my water is draining straight into the foundation for months now. The park manager will try to fight you if u complain to him. And when they serve you paperwork the lady at the office will disappear for the next few weeks unable to be contacted at all. Will try to find ANY excuses to kick you out of the park so they can scam you for your money and deposit. Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived. But it's cheap tho so if that's what matters this is the place for you I guess. read more

I live in the county line mobile home park in Brockport. I have had an issue with the drainage pipe in the ground which has a good size break in the pvc pipe. This issue has been on going for a year and a half, I have contacted management and corporate about this on and off for a year and a half. Since this is a park issue because the pipe is inside the ground it is a problem on their end. They have temporarily fixed this with the same outcome. I still have to call them about the same problem currently. It has gotten so bad that water has backed up in my sinks and even flooded my bathroom on more than one occasion.
