There are a dozen or so restaurants and eateries, a movie theater--Movie Tavern, Wegmans, LA Fitness, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pet Smart, Michael's, and even some upscale retailers. There is also a medical facility in this complex. I've been to half a dozen or so restaurants and eateries here for the last two years such as Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Red Robin, Olive Garden, Zoup!, Panera Bread, and Zoe's. We frequent Wegmans when we're looking for some specialty grocery items, fresh seafood, and bulk poultry or meats. Having a large-scale grocery store with pub and restaurant (unfortunately currently closed, however) makes it very convenient for shopping and dining here. They also offer buffet-style ready made foods by weight for take outs. Speaking of which, they offer a myriad of ready-to-eat packaged fresh foods. Providence Town Center seems to offer a very good variety of eateries and retail stores for your needs and wants, and it's conveniently located off the Collegeville exit off Rte.422.

The parking lot is smaller and narrow and can get a bit confusing at time, and it can be a pain if it is really busy. Still, it's not as bad if you dont mind a bit of a walk to whatever store your going to. I dont usually use the main entrance, but the side entrance onto Route 113 with the light is a life saver. I would recommend checking out the the variety of stores (as there are many more beyond what I go to) but be wary about the parking.

There aren't many stores but the big names include BJ's Wholesale, Lowe's, Ruby Tuesday, Red Lobster and a few small smaller stores. It's a large shopping center with plenty of parking for all its stores, and it has a light exit onto Cowpath Road and a right only turn onto Route 309. It's worth checking out, it has great restaurants, great stores and it's in a very convient area too.

Richland Marketplace is a larger shopping center located in Quakertown Pa. It is right off Route…read more309 so it is in a very convenient location. This shopping center has quite a few good stores and restaurants including a Wawa, Aldi, Chick Fil-A, Red Robin, Staples, Five Below, Best Buy, Pet Smart, BJ's Wholesale and a Target to name a few of the big stores. The parking lot can be confusing at first because it is such a large shopping center and everything is spread out but the more you visit the more you'll get the hang of it. This shopping center has a main entrance on Route 309 with a red light and it also has a side exit on West Pumping Station Road which is great to avoid the busyness of Route 309 to get to the back roads. I am not always in the Quakertown area but I enjoy coming to this shopping center because it has mostly everything you can want in one shopping center!

At one point it did have a Friendlys which was always my main reason to come to this shopping center but that closed down and turned into Buffalo Wild Wings. Also some notes about this shopping center. Quakertown Family Restaurant is in the same lot but in its own section, only accessed by Route 309. This also connected to Richland Crossing Shopping Center (by the Quakertown Health Center) but that is it's own shopping center with its own stores. There are a few lights and exits to this shopping center (not including the ones in the next shopping center over) and it has alot of space and parking, I'd just watch out for those nasty speed bumps in the back of the lot.

The parking lot isn't the best it's small and cramped, but the stores themselves are decent enough to carry the shopping center. Kohl's and Homegoods are the big names for department stores while Subway and Philly Pretzel Factory are the big names for fast food while McCaffrey's Food Market is the shopping centers grocery market. The rest of the strip mall is smaller businesses and eateries but they seem decent enough as well. There is a Wells Fargo Bank in the shopping center too but it is closed off from the rest of the shopping center and only accessed through another entrance from West Skippack Pike. It's a decent enough center and it will have the nessesities, if little else.
