Prices tend to be high but you can still find some deals. Rush hour is brutal so visit during non-peak hours.

It's enormous and from what I was told they are still developing and only on phase one at this time. I hate shopping and I detest malls and I find shopping here a true delight, so easy to roam around, with beautiful store fronts, street lamps and sidewalks lined with flowers and benches The courtyards are filled with well maintained lawns and plenty of activities, especially for the kiddies. During the warmer months they host a Farmer's Market which is rapidly growing allowing local vendors to sell their fresh produce, baked goods and crafts. Many shops with names you are familiar with, including Victoria's and Borders, plus plenty of unique one of a kind shops line the streets and make it a breeze to browse or run in and out. It's almost a one stop shopping center with a Wegman's Grocery and shops galore that have almost anything you may be looking for. Plenty of restaurants and eateries inside this center make it hard to choose, from pizza to ice cream, Ted Montana's Grill, P.F. Chang's, Chipolte Mexican Grill, The Melting Pot, Panera Bread are all ready to feed you. I've been here for wine tasting's at various shops, I love their Farmer's Market and anxiously await them setting up shop, it's a quaint village that makes me happy to go shopping and I love that they are Eco-friendly.

Behind the shopping center on Paul Valley Road is a LA Fitness too which is considered part of the same shopping center. This shopping center is also sandwiched between Easton Road (Route 611) and Street Road (Route 132) placing it in a very convenient spot for customers. Paul Valley Road is a neat backroad that connects these two major roads. Overall, a neat shopping center.

There is a main entrance on Knapp Road (the road that connects the big Routes) but that can get very busy. There is a entrance only coming from Route 309 and exit only near Route 202 as well. Now for the stores itself. This shopping center has some big names including Giant, Michael's, Gabes, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes and Noble and an Applebees. There is also an Americas Best glasses and contacts place). Overall, it's a very awesome shopping center with some pretty neat stores. The parking can get a bit confusing and cramped in areas but there is plenty of it. It's worth a visit if you are in Montgomeryville!

Water Tower Square is a shopping center in Montgomeryville Pa right last the 5 points intersection…read more Home Depot may be its biggest draw, but it also had an Office Max, Cost Plus World Market, Buy Buy Baby furniture store and a Planet Fitness. Behind the Home Depot (and a marked walking path next to Office Max) was the recently closed Frank Theaters. It has plenty of parking, but I wouldn't recommend trying to leave on Horsham Road as its right only and busy, but there is a side exit onto North Wales Road near a light. It's not my favorite shopping center, but it isn't the worst either. It certainly gets the job done if you are looking for any of these stores!!

It includes a Giant, Giant Gasoline, Great Clips, CVS Pharmacy, TD Bank, and a nice Beer store to name a few of the highlight stores. The parking lot is mostly straight forward although the way the rows dead end and finding the exit could be tricky to any newcomers. There are 3 entrances and exits, one with a light which is great to use, one without a light further on Cowpath Road and one side exit onto Orvilla Road which is by personal favorite. It's a great shopping center with some good stores so I would give it a recommendation to check out.

This was my second time in this shopping center since I started class at Ursinus a few weeks ago…read more(and I'm in the area more). It seems like a large, neat looking shopping center with anything you could ever want! Target, Giant, GameStop, Ross, Staples, Wawa...that's only what I've seen so far! There a few different strip malls in the shopping center, with plenty of stores to look at. It is very promising, and I look forward to coming back for anything I may need!
