I prefer the BJs store brand paper towels to the other warehouse store people rave about. The chuck and brisket hamburger patties are the best burger patties I've had in years. Far and away better, and a better value, than any other grocery hamburgers in the area. Their spreadable butter is great and so cheap. Same with the giant tub of sour cream and the single serving hummus cups. The pastry and cookie trays are always crowd pleasers. I've gotten a lot of good deals on seasonal candies, and a markdown deal on a piece of outdoor furniture was so good I was giddy. Same location. Same phone number on the signs. Same style of signs. Same cars in the parking lot (which tells me it's the same workers). It looks like the same truck that the big banner is on too. Plus, very similar writing in the "About Us" sections of the mahoganyandmore.com website and the mmfurniture.com website. Hmm... People were guessing they would merely change the name, and it appears that's what happened. I'm not going to research it further, but I'm feeling about 98% certain this was a store re-branding and not a store closing, as was advertised for months. Kind of silly. The lesson? The next time you see a furniture store advertising that their store is closing, be skeptical.

And as for the few items I picked up, 2 different pizza crusts were expired. One expired in December (over 5 months ago) and was rock hard and broken. The other pizza crust expired early April (about 6 weeks ago). Sometimes the circle deals are only for pick up or drive up but then it's so annoying when you get home to realize they gave you expired food. I also tried buying Grove spray bottles that were supposed to be Buy 1 Get 1 Free but only 1 was in the bag so I ended up getting a refund because no one could figure out how to get the app to accept 2 of them for the Buy 1 Get 1 free promotion.
