The meat tasted wonderful with a clean beefy taste. You can tell a difference between a hand made burger versus a frozen pressed burger. Now, the gravy was too beefy. It took the flavor away from the burger itself. I scrapped most of the gravy to the side. It has too much of a umami taste, possibly from the beef bouillon or Worcestershire sauce. The Mac n Cheese was really creamy and cheesy. The noodles were slightly overcooked where the noodles would break apart when you use the fork to pick it up. If you are a Mac n Cheese fan, then you will like it. It was good but I think I will order the wonderful and crispy fries next time. My friend ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich w fries and Tea. 3.5 Stars He said the sandwich was good and the cheese melted nicely with the steak. However, the steak was thicker than normal cheesesteak meat. Not thinly sliced but was more hand cut with a knife in 1/4" thick. We believe the steak type was sirloin, which was tender and flavorful. The fries were hot, fresh and crispy. Had a sprinkled of sea salt and black pepper. They are open for dinner and I will definitely come back to try one of their steak entrees. Also, they have an attached butcher shop connected to the restaurant. Fresh hand cut meats, limited amounts of cheese, condiments and other items. I recommend this steakhouse.
