I've tried for months to contact someone and to no avail, they have locked my unit so I can't get into it. I've talked to them a few months back and got caught up... they never took off their lock. a whole month went by... same thing made payment still to this day I try and try to contact the office staff it's been almost 2 months now. and no one will answer the damn phone! I need to get my things. but office staff only seems able to send me notices in the mail. not more nothing less. if you have a choice in the matter..... Last year, my rent went from $55 to $65, which I was fine, being that had been my rent for most of my time. However, last week, I got a notice that it would be going from $65 to $90. This is not only outrageous, but also not aligned with current rates in the area. With one phone call, I found a similarly sized unit for $70 per month, 5 miles down the road. I expressed my sentiment to management earlier this week and tried to be reasonable, explaining I would probably need that unit for another 6 months. Their response was that this was a "corporate decision and out of their hands." I was also transparent that if this was in fact the decision, then I will be moving out and also leaving negative reviews. It's unfortunate that it had to come this, but this has been quite the negative experience.
