I 100% understand certain flower shortages right now but would have just appreciated the heads up! We didn't have a strong preference on the type of flower, we just wanted something bright and beautifully bloomed to give. Long story short, the representative I talked to (not the owner, I forgot her name) made it right! She was kind and wanted to do what she could.
