How can every bag of potatoes, sitting on their shelves, be green and growing roots? Regardless of brand? How can the onions be fetid and rotten and drawing flies but still be left on display? How can the only head of cabbage look like it was chopped up by a crazed psycho and left in the sun for days, nearly black, in its case? Culling isn't difficult. Ordering for a produce department isn't difficult. If the suppliers have nothing to provide DO NOT LEAVE ROTTEN, GROTESQUE FOOD OUT. YOU ARE GOING TO GET PEOPLE SICK.
