Anchor Toyota showed a new Corolla Cross in stock and available on their website. When I called to inquire I was told that was their shuttle vehicle and it was not for sale, nor would it ever be for sale. The salesperson on the phone seemed amused by that fact. I am not sure how it benefits a dealership to list vehicles on their webpage that they have no intention of selling, but it is frustrating for the buyer. I question the wisdom of buying a vehicle from a merchant that, in 2022, doesn't bother to keep their website updated and are unapologetic of that fact. If you bring your car in for warranty work will they take it seriously or just find it amusing?

When I asked about their ads saying they had two, they corrected themselves, and said that they did have two, and tried to gaslight me into thinking they never said that. I attached screenshots of both adds, and the correspondence between them and I, all taken 5 minutes before i wrote this review. As you can see, the dates BOTH ads were posted were before the messages. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them because it's pretty shady to keep changing your story then act like the customers the one at fault.

He said no and the car had a brand new MVI and very low kilometers. But a month later, I had to bring the car to a garage and the catalytic converter had to be changed because it was completely rusty and falling apart. I asked Gary to share equally the costs of it (when in fact I should get a reimbursement of this issue I was not responsible for). But he has chosen to ignore my calls. Not only I wouldn't trust this garage and this Gary if I were you, but I hope this review will hurt his business because they deserve it.

There was absolutely no sales pressure, they treated me like a valued customer and got me into the car of my dreams. They didn't let me feel like I was wasting time while I was being indecisive and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I wanted, even though at the time I didn't haha. I've been taking my car to be serviced there ever since and I have always gotten 5 star service. From having to have my car towed after I blew a tire (100% my fault) to having my car detailed. I recently got my car in to be "road trip ready" as I'm making the move south and they did an amazing job at detailing my car. They even fixed the squeaky door which I didn't mention, but meant to bring up. I've always been treated to 5 star service by the staff at Bob Allen's and I can only hope I can find a garage like this one in my new town.
