You can ride around and around until someone comes out of the building then be on top of them like white on rice to get their parking space when they leave. I go to a general practitioner regularly in addition to weekly therapy and regular dental appointments. I pay out of pocket for certain psychiatry and acupuncture, because I am mostly medication resistant. I am constantly being threatened with some sort of loss of benefits or another. At the same time, the Washington Connection website still looks like it was built in the 1990s, and if you use too many characters to change your password, you will simply be told that your password info is "wrong", so you have to just figure it out on your own that you need to create a less secure password (less than 20 characters). There is no prompt on the Washington Connection website which would indicate anything about medical expenses as they relate (or don't relate) to insurance. Everything is about as counter-intuitive as possible, and it's absolutely exhausting.

I'm here for you!! LeMay - America's Car Museum, vroom vroom :) There's so many fun hidden gems, and things to do. Bundle up if you're visit especially when the high is 49 to 52. Tacoma isn't perfect. Downtown, while full of fun things is also rough around the edges. As noted by signs, graffiti (sometimes artistic), and a need for improvement in general city upkeep. I'm not a resident, just a frequent visitor so I can't speak to city services and the grievances aired, but hope Tacoma continues to thrive, listen and learn. Be the change, embrace the change, and help create things you want to see happen as well as flourish. As the saying goes and is true to me, "You'll Like Tacoma!"

Here is something new. A courthouse with huge colorful Chihuly glass art decoration hanging from…read morethe ceiling right in the middle. How cool is that! First of all, the ancient building itself is quite a masterpiece. I love the big Rome style round roof with beautiful decorations. The rustic red brick and green sculptures reminds you of those old ages. Its old name 'UNION STATION' is still painted at one side of the building reminding people of its old glorious days. The first thing draw your eyes is the huge glass art piece hanging from the ceiling in the center. You can always a Chihuly piece from others by its distinctive beautiful colors and Medusa hair shape. Usually you expected to see one in fancy mall, hotel or museum, but not in a federal court house. You got to admit it sure added some color to this place. And at the second floor there is another Chihuly art piece, lots of color as well, and kind of like herd of tadpoles swimming in a pond. Downstairs is the cafeteria, restroom and some historical exhibitions. The soda machine here is quite cheap, only 50 cents for a can. Over the window you can see the glass museum cross the highway. Please note that bring your Id when visiting the place, because the guard will check it. It's a federal courthouse after all.

I am very happy with the new Main branch. It deserved it new makeover. It has plenty of space for…read moreadults, teen and children. The library staff are very helpful. I have visited after it's reopening. My son's school had library days once a month during the latter part of school year. If your child go to school in Tacoma, then they most likely have a library account through Pathways. It allows them to check out 5 books at a time. We have joined the Summer Reading program. There are museum passes here if you want to go with your library card. That is awesome for the library system offers this! I will update this again because I need to take pictures and inquire about more things this library offers. So far I put materials on hold and pick them up. They do offer hotspots to checkout. Those are high demand. Those take a while to get. This library is closed on Mondays. This library is on the bus line. However some residents can ride the bus or ride their bikes to the library. There is some parking spaces at the entrance. I definitely believe this public library is worth visiting and staff here are awesome. They are very eager to help.
