Beware: Frey Agricultural Products! 5/14 mulch delivery. Despite the driver having a "spotter:"…read moreoutside the truck, they still managed to veer off my driveway onto my rain soaked lawn and spun out leaving huge ruts, exposing a previously buried drainage pipe and cracking the asphalt. The delivery guys response, "throw some dirt on it". Called their office and got the "attitude". The owner Josh Frey called back the next day saying we should have known the grass was soft. (Guess he felt I assumed they were incapable of staying on a doublewide driveway.) He blew me off and refused to come out or send somebody. Emailed them photos 5/19; no response. Followed up 5/24 and 5/30. ZERO resposnse! Drove to their office on 5/30; they blew us off again. BEWARE dealing with this company. ZERO Customer Service! ZERO taking responsibility for property damage! Seems once they have your money; you should just fade away! Update: After creating a Nextdoor account to deal with this negligence, The owner of the company responded to our post (but not to our email) and stated: Sarah Frey Mt Airy/Unionville Mam, respectfully, our driver was simply trying to get to the spot you requested for the mulch to be unloaded. We have been in business for over 25 years. We do practice great customer service and thrive off of repeat customers. As you stated in your email, you yourselves have "been loyal customers for several years now and have recommended you all to neighbors because of the consistently excellent experience in the past." You are not happy with your service THIS TIME, and we understand that and we're sorry to hear that. The excessive rain we have gotten does not mix well with large trucks that are often wider than driveways, but you were never "blown off". Several of us at both of our locations have spoken with you on different occasions regarding this matter, you were not satisfied with that. *Also, we have not had any contact from the BBB. This clearly shows they aren't willing to fix the property damage they created and yes they. Their public response clearly supports my claims of them NOT offering even a minimum of customer service. If anything, they are hardly making a case for anyone to patronize their company.

I came to LBF feeling intimidated because, although I've grown up riding Western, I'd never ridden English nor tacked a horse, even though I worked at a horse farm during college. LBF insists you tack your horse, get him or her out of the paddock, etc. It's a real experience that teaches you to respect the animals, the sport and joy of riding. Britton is awesome to work with; she's kind and patient but doesn't let you off the hook. She expertly manages to keep your self esteem afloat while forcing you to improve. The farm is a surprise--it sits at the end of a nicer housing development and you'd never know it was there unless you were looking for it. Mark, the owner, is very cool and laid back, trusting of his riders and instructors. There is one arena, there is no indoor riding. It's not the fanciest of farms but that's just perfect for a novice like me who is already feeling a bit unsure. The last thing I need is a group of prisses casting sideways looks my way because I'm unschooled in picking hooves. I highly recommend this farm and Britton in particular. It's a great addition to your life. While it's a bit expensive, compared to other riding clubs and farms it's a steal.

After a bit of outrage by all he changed his original increase from doubling prices to a $50 a month increase. I still have nothing but respect for the staff there and think it is a great place to learn to ride. As my daughter is getting more skilled, we have moved to an indoor arenas where she can jump snow or sun.
