I am a big fan of both saving money and the environment, so I was psyched to be able to secure used items for my first attempt at a winter hunt ensemble- a thick wool coat, a canary vest, and boots- for under $100 in total. The deals on boots, in particular, were amazing. It takes a little energy to browse the racks, so you have to be in the right mood, but it is well worth the effort. The store also has a loyalty program with "points," etc. I look forward to stopping by next time I'm in the area, and also plan to check out the other locations.

When I got them I called and asked a question, my question was answered with incorrect information leading me to return the boots. Apparently at that time I was talking to an owner she said she would send out another pair of boots immediately but did not. When I should have received the replacement boots I got a call asking about the boots I returned...When I got the second pair of boots several weeks later they did not fit. If I had gotten correct information on the first pair of boots I would have kept them. I had already paid return postage, I have asked for a shipping label to return the second pair of boots. I have left approximately 8 unreturned emails, at least one unreturned voicemail, probably more, and had at least three people tell me they would call me back and have not. The last two times I have called have been during business hours and I didn't even get an answer! I used to work at Four Winds. Net and never in a million years would we have treated anyone like this!
