Fun LARGE home decor store located in the 124 street shopping area…read more Popped in here for the first time the other week while completing the 124 Street Red Shoe Crawl and absolutely fell in love with the store. From hand shaped book ends to the neatest hooks you'll ever find to keep your keys safe (did someone say squirrel?) to funky house numbers, Henry's is your place! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere bright, cheery, and full of natural light with huge floor to ceiling windows. They also carry a selection of furniture and had some fabric swatches so I'm pretty sure they are customizable. Can't wait to go back and add to my unusual hooks collection!

What a street party! Many many unique decorator items, furniture, lighting, art, even some really really nice clothing at fair prices! Nicely laid out vignettes of furniture, and the staff were quite gracious and helpful considering how many people were in the store that night. Depending what you are shopping for, you will want to spend some time exploring all the corners nooks and crannies for nifty items. I was particularly fascinated by the selection of hooks and LED lighting. The challenge with this neighbourhood is the parking, it's limited, and frequently you will need to resort to paying for either a meter on the street or in the Impark lot behind MEC. The bridge construction has been difficult for businesses in the area, and now the development going up kitty-corner to Henry's PFT will add to the challenge. Leave yourself some time, make a trip out of it, stop for a bite to eat and you will have a more relaxing visit.

EVERYTHING This store actually Includes a Marshall's as well which is another feather in the cap for St. Albert!! We are the first point of entry for many traveling too and from Fort McMurray, Cold Lake, Bonnyville and so on. It isn't necessarily the exact route one would take but for those trying to avoid traffic of the larger Centres we are a great option and it really helps support the local businesses in town to have more and more draws next to to Costco!! Why go to Edmonton for all of that when you can easily avoid another hour of travel on a busy day. I would comfortably say whether a woman, man local or not this store is an easy solution to a huge variety of shopping needs. Stop in and see the selection, experience the subtle decor movements and see the fashion selection. Whatever else may fall into your cart is a bonus!!

Like the other locations, it's bright, clean, and crammed full of items for the home, from bedding to decorative items, all at good prices. I'm always surprised at the variety of items I can find, and that none of them hurt my bank balance. Some favourite finds have included cuddly-soft pet beds, towels, storage pieces, throw pillows and vases. I seriously never leave empty handed!

There are a lot of neat paintings in the other room; everything is very reasonably priced. I'm always drawn to their jewelry display case; I'm a sucker for antique jewelry or just jewelry in general. The family/staff at Decade-to-Decade are very helpful; they offer delivery service, depending on proximity of where you live. We have also sold an antique mirror on consignment. It's very fair to be both sides of the deal.

The price range is extensive - you can find regular priced dresses for $50 but they also sell some luxury designer items for $1000+. Truly something for everyone. Please remember the following if you have a chip on your shoulder when going in there : 1. Paint is never returnable even at Home Depot. 2. Many of the colours are extremely popular and do sell out, and often have shipments coming in. 3. Shopping local gives businesses a chance to flourish. Buying chalk or milk paint from a chain store takes away $$$$ from local businesses. 4. If you can't be nice, leave.

The premise of this store is that the store owner (Lucia) buys furniture, clothing, (anything!) and transforms them into artfully beautiful, one-of-a-kind items. I bought bamboo earring years ago and have long since lost the sticks that you use to put the earrings in. This place has replacement sticks! It only cost me $1 for a pair. I was so excited! I have been on a search for these sticks forever! They have a great selection of bamboo and bone earrings -- all at a great price too. Other random and wonderful things I noticed in this store were knitted lighter covers, belly dancing gear, consignment clothing, star lamps and "pocket bags" (A much cooler version of a fanny pack).
