There are literally thousands of items for sale that would rival Homesense and all your other favorite home decor and gift shops. Many of the vendors are local. They supply the knitted and crochet goods, soaps, jams, pickles, eggs, meats and cheeses. The seasonal decor is awesome. They are full on Autumn! I can't wait to see their Christmas display. At the back there is a cafe. Barista on duty. Muffins and baked yummies for sale. Small seating area. The deck out front has some nice seating. We probably could have sat outside on a sunny day like today. The yard is nicely decorated as well. Pumpkins and scarecrows.... There is plenty of parking. The store doesn't have an exact closing date but it won't be very long. Currently seasonal items are 60-70% off (some seriously cute Xmas décor and ornaments) and the remainder of the store is 20-30% off. They have really cute jewellery and unique items for special gifts. I really like their line of moon necklaces/bracelets where you pick the phase of the moon on a special date (birth, death, wedding, etc.) and can wear it as jewellery. I also like their sparkly Swarovski crystal bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. Some stuff here for sure can be found elsewhere or online for less but that's not the point of a boutique store. It's getting to go somewhere and browse through various collections to find the perfect gift for someone special. If you're a fan of s'well bottles, they still have a fairly good collection of unique ones and at 20% off you're paying a fair price for the designer s'wells. (Note you can get plain jane ones at Costco for $30) but the ones here are GORGEOUS and make me smile. But at the Prettiest Present they really have a great variety of really useful gifts! From presents for those pooch peeps, to culinary and kitchen gadgets - as well as neat necessities. Then there are the baby gifts, the seasonal decor for your own abode, a wall of tempting teas and some really unique jewelry. And then the pies de resistance... they have the most fabulous collection of gift bags, gift boxes and paper so that when you find that perfect present you can also wrap it up without having to go to another store! Love it!! Although, I do not remember seeing ribbon or cards, I could be wrong, or maybe that's just asking for the moon. Pro Tip: Make sure to go into the basement! Often you go into a store like this and assume that down the steps is just a small smattering of a few other things. But in this case the basement is the majority of the shop. I can see myself returning whenever I need to buy a special gift for a special someone. As a matter of fact, I did already. I got my mother a glass touch lamp with owls on it. She loves it and uses it as a night light for when she needs to get up in the pee hours. You know what I mean. They've got many themed collectables besides just Bradford. There's Disney, Night Before Christmas, Elvis, Classic cars, Betty Boop and other collectables I don't know how to name but recognize all the same. The prices are sometimes high, but we are talking about collectables. I collect dragons, and not only did they have a nice selection, but I found them to be fairly priced. I've paid more at other stores. The owner is a sweetheart. She likes to chat, but she's not intrusive. She doesn't hover. Honestly, I'm going to shop there whenever I need a gift, because I want to see this place stick around. I recommend you at least check it out. I have likely walked by this store many times and never walked in until recently. Each section is organized for a theme, including Elvis, Betty Boop, dolls, Christmas ornaments, t-shirts, and more. We were asked if we needed help but we were just browsing and the staff left us alone after. Prices of the items can be a little pricey but they offer unique items that you likely can't find in the mall. This is a great little store to find a gift for an unique person!

Pauline and her staff worked tirelessly with me to resolve the situation. I found a replacement rattle which Laberge paid for and the engraving was completed. It is a beautiful keepsake! Sharon said I had to deal with her rep to have the issue resolved. Heard nothing for 2 weeks so I emailed again saying how disappointed I was in not hearing anything. She said they don't replace the products they sell and have I to deal with Corkcicle. I wasn't given any contact info for her Corkcicle rep. Again, I have heard NOTHING from Sharon about a replacement or any resolution about the problem since May 16/25. It is now June 12/25. All she seems to care about is that she gets paid but doesn't care about customer satisfaction. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I was greeted by Wonder Woman (it was Halloween) and she was very friendly and helpful. She let me browse the store without pressure (which I really appreciate because some stores can put a lot of pressure on you to purchase). Other than Christmas decorations, Jilly's a bit of everything! There is clothing in the back (it's very expensive though - so expensive I almost choked on my gum). They also have numerous home decor items, candles, bath and soap products, they have a lot of stuff. The sale section towards the back of the store drew me in immediately (it had purses).
