Returned about 8pm, same day, owner was at register and I explained I had already spoken to someone and just needed an exchange, he was VERY rude about the situation (I didn't even mention the bar was counterfeit) and embarrassed me in front of a whole line of customers. I just wanted an exchange for the defective item they sold me. I won't be back.

Inside, this place is so cohesive and "put together". That the whole time I was there I never picked up on the fact that it is actually comprised of over 100 different vendors. The place just flowed so smoothly and so beautifully. It's huge, so it flowed for over 12,000 square feet. I saw everything from home decor, bath & body products, jewelry, clothing, a place to customize olive oils, candies, nuts, and more! Bathrooms are filled with children's cuteness. There are multiple levels so be sure and go upstairs - for me that was where the magic really is. There are so many rooms upstairs it almost feels like a maze. But a maze you want to go through. The staff was very pleasant while I was in there, and while there was only a few people working, they mange's the large store well.
