I do agree with other reviews that one of the staff, when on duty, sometimes will put a sign on the door while they step out temporarily. IDK what that's about but they should know.. I went back to the store today to let them know that I couldn't get that first one to charge and I was informed that the battery is sometimes defective and once you leave the store, there are no returns of any kind. I asked the guy, why didn't you have me check it before I left. He said, that they are not aloud due to regulation. so basically, buy at your own risk.
