If I could select less than one star, there would be less than one star selected! I made an order online on 3 February. It is now April and I have yet to receive my product THAT I PAID FOR! I have emailed them 3 times inquiring about my order and the $33 dollars that I paid for it? Zero replies. Nothing! Not one word from them! I am serving in Afghanistan, now indefinitely because of what is going on around the world or would personally pay them a visit. But seriously, taking someones money and not delivering a service is theft! Theft is illegal! $33 dollars or even $1 dollar? Expect repercussions! Except for the fact I will never do business with you again you have not heard the last from me. read more

Great employees great cheap juices, very polite all around a great place to make your main vapor place

Although the juice I've bought has been okay (not fantastic, lacking sweetness), I am only giving this store three stars because of what I had to go through to get a 140ml bottle of juice. I live almost two hours away. I called to check prices (because the nearest place to me is extremely expensive) and the lady told me 30ml bottles were something like $14 and 140ml bottles were around $28. Well, $28 is a great price for 140ml of juice! So I drove two hours to get some juice. Once I got there the girl behind the counter informs me that you have to pre-order the 140ml bottles three days in advance and that they do not keep them in stock. Great. So I got a 30ml and left. A few days later I called and ordered 3 140ml bottles. (This was on a Tuesday.) I went Friday to pick them up. I got there and was ready to pay for the juice and the girl told me that since I was buying 3 140ml bottles, I could get one free! So I asked "a free 30ml?" And she told me no, I could choose from their stocked 140ml bottles... the same juices that I was told were not stocked when I was previously there. Wtf. The price is right. And the free 140ml bottle when I bought 3 others was great. It comes down to about $24 for a 140ml bottle, whereas anywhere else I am used to paying no less than $39.99 for a 100ml bottle. I would give this store four or five stars if I hadn't been misinformed multiple times about the 140ml bottles. If I could have gone the first day and bought a 140ml bottle I would have been stoked. But I got some kind of weird run-around. I will, though, keep buying, because (like I said) the price is right. --Edited 12/12/15 Taking a star away from this place because I called today requesting assistance with my 5-Star account, the same assistance I got from a different shop earlier today, and the guy I spoke to at Violet was rude and off-putting, as though he didn't even want to help me. read more

As someone with limited experience and knowledge, I can certainly appreciate the patience, professionalism and honest recommendations on best options for me. The entire staff, especially Milana, was extremely easy to work with, ask questions, consider different options, make the right decisions, purchase, and leave a happy customer. I highly recommend this location and the staff with top honors. Caleb and another guy was also behind the really large, three-sided countertop that runs the back area of the location. Although I did not stay and use the lounge, that option seems to be nice and easily available for a small friendship gathering some afternoon or evening? Concluding, give "VV" in Weatherford a visit as soon as you can. It will be worth your time. read more

Beware of the lady with the brown hair square glasses usually wearing a hat ! I frequent this place at least once a month doing my usual vapor business, and I finally talked my girlfriend into switching over.. so I sent her here. she walks to the door and the first thing with lady says is that she has to buy a package and that the cheapest one is only $80 finally after a little arguing my girlfriend talks her into admitting that you're allowed to buy separate tanks and batteries and combine them together for a package much less costly. But finally when it came to calculate the price somehow there was a random $10 tacked on to the final price my girlfriend argued said there is no way, finally after about 10 minutes another lady walks in and says oh I'm sorry she was incorrect and gives her the correct price. so I'm kind of curious as to how much money has been pulled out of my pocket unknowingly.. this is just a warning to whoever may visit. At this location check your prices and watch for the lady in the square glasses in the Hat she could be quite rude and possibly a thief. read more
