The lovely barista from the coffee shop took my name and number to pass along and stated someone from the laundromat business would "probably" be in the building tomorrow. There were no signs on the machines. I took it upon myself to warn other people about the dysfunctional washers. I had to get more cash from the atm and then get additional change to finish my laundry since the broken machines took several of my quarters. The bright spot was the coffee lounge in the back of the building. Great coffee options and roomy comfy couches away from the whir of commercial washers and dryers.

I needed to wash comforters and they have several HUGE washing machines and in the smaller area there are commercial washers and dryers. It was $9.50 to use a very large capacity washer. Another plus-it's down the street from the library and I can get a book while I wait.

I tried to open bathroom door so I could change clothes in private but bathroom door was locked. When employee showed up at 0615 she ignored me when I asked to use bathroom and when pressed she said bathroom is only available starting at 0800 and told me to call the owners whose phone number is posted on office door. I called both numbers for emergency contact and no one answered. I am moving to this area and everyone I have met is the opposite of this horrible turd. Hopefully this turd and her family who own this business have a better thanksgiving than I do. so they are okay to take my money but not okay to open bathroom
