And I believe he knew for sure the second time, his picture of the delivery was a patch of unidentifiable concrete. Not happy not getting to pick the delivery company used for items by Amazon among others. I just had another shipped using FEDEX. I'm filling out every possible post to the seller, Amazon and everyone else letting them know I don't appreciate the choice to allow this to continue.
