ok so me and my wife walk into this store since we see it all the time when we go to the thrift 4 you place next door. so we go in there and give this place a run since the stuff that has been talked on the store on this yelp page whice is really helpful.. the gentleman behind the counter did greet us and asked us if you two need anything let him know.. which was polite so he dont follow us around and gave us our space. unlike some of you people talking bad things about him and even throwing the guys name out there too..that was very childish of them to do that. i talked to the guy for like 15 minutes and was very witted he is a u.s soldier and fought for your country do u think maybe thats why his attitude and blank stair is there. but enough of that i just wanted to say if you read this review give the place a try like we did we dont go off that hear say stuff we like to experiance it for ourselves. read more

Couples Mega Outlet is the best adult toy store in town!! Its way better even than the ones I've been to in Las Vegas NV! The new gentleman that works there is extremely helpful!! Came to the store for the first and was very busy cause was almost Valentine's Day. They have a very good selection of stuff. Was surprised of how many nice things they had and very well priced!!! Noticed their prices was half the price of other places me and my husband would go to around OC. The employee who was their I think her name was Erica and she was very nice made me feel welcomed as soon as me and my husband came in she greeted us and asked if we we're looking for anything in particular and if we had any Questions to feel free and ask. She was very knowledgeable on products and helped us find the most popular toys couples buy. I have frequented this store on numerous occasions. The young gentleman of which Vivan D. spoke of is actually quite helpful, PROVIDED YOU ASK FOR HELP. In all of my visits he has provided me with a bounty of information about any specific product i questioned, and even went so far as to make recommendations on products of a wider variety that suit the same needs, or satisfy to the same end! I have noticed that their selection varies from month to month, and they work diligently to restock old products, and do fair amounts of research on all new products that they acquire. Never been to a place where right off the bat I got strange narcissistic vibes from the lone girl running the store. I walked in asked a few questions to see a few items in glass case. She told me when she gets time she will help me. When she gets time?!? Mind you no one is in the store but me and her and she's organizing paper clips and I asked you that busy?!? I recognize this narcissistic B$ and offered her a visit to that special place in hell for people like this so I decided to leave all items I was to buy and spend my money at another store. Well, I gave this place another chance, and this place must not want any customers,judging from the customer service at least. This time the older lady was just pushy and rude. She acted the same way to the other customer in the store. I could barely understand her. If the owner reads these yelps, he really needs to get a better staff. Recently moved to Anaheim. I dipped in here because I use to go to the sister store in the South Bay. It's the same great line of selection and pleasant customer service.
