I selected the "florist choice" bouquet, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the size and the quality of the arrangement. My friend LOVED her flowers and said that they are gorgeous and fresh! Drea's Flowers sent me a photo of the arrangement for me to approve prior to delivery, then they texted me when they were on their way to my friend's house. She happened to not be home when they made the delivery, so they texted me a photo of where they set the flowers, and let me know that they had placed them behind a pillar out of street view so someone driving by wouldn't see them and be tempted to take them home with them. With this being my kiddo's first birthday away from home, now that she's away at college, I knew I wanted something special for her. I looked at many reviews of many different shops and found several complaints against other shops of what they ordered vs. what was delivered. This made me very nervous. I went through Drea's photos on Yelp and found an arrangement that | liked. I placed the call or Tuesday for delivery on Friday. I spoke with Amber - I hope I'm getting her name right because she was so pleasant and courteous. I described the photo I found. She pulled it up. I described a few small changes I wanted to make and Amber obliged. The total price was very reasonable and well within the amount I wanted to spend, even after adding a small balloon bouquet. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door. Called looking for sunflowers but they only had one in stock, they kindly created a beautiful bouquet around this one flower and had it ready for pickup in an hour. I purchased the flowers with a vase & they added a ribbon as well as an easy to carry out box. I would have liked more floral vs greenery but perhaps that was a communication error on my end, either way the bouquet was beautiful & the recipient was happy. Would certainly come back make them my goto floral shop. I'm so impressed with Drea's Flowers! I placed a last minute order that was less than 24 hours and they got everything absolutely perfect! I ordered online and put a note on the time I needed it to be delivered and requested a ribbon with a specific message to be added. They followed the instructions exactly and even delivered early. The sympathy wreath I ordered was exactly as pictured. I was so impressed on just how spot on it was to the picture. I've ordered a lot of flowers from different florists and it has never once came out to look even remotely like the picture I had ordered. This was not the case with Drea's Flowers. It looked just as pictured and was even more beautiful in person. The customer service is absolutely superb! They texted me a picture of the arrangement and told me that they were on their way to deliver. I needed the flowers to be delivered at a certain time before service started and they were very understanding of it and even delivered early. Once delivered, they took a picture of the finished product after it was all set up on the stand. I really appreciate it as I was not able to be there in person to see it that day.
