I had the most amazing experience getting fitted. Stephanie is amazing. She is truly an expert in fitting you with the correct bra. She never used a measuring tape. When I walked through the door she greeted me and was pleasant and professional and funny. She told me to turn to the front turn to the back and then she told me to go in the dressing room and she would bring me a bra to try on . All I can say is this was one of the best experiences I have ever had as a busty woman. Less than 30 minutes later I was leaving with three bras and ordered two more to be shipped to me. I went here for thee first time today and Stephanie is the shit! When someone uses just their hands to size you, you know it's a good place. I prefer smaller shops for this reason too. I was absolutely wearing the wrong size before as well, and my boobs look so much better in the correct size! First time coming here. Will not be back. Not only does she not offer a variety of styles in my size (32G) the prices are marked up. The bra tags price is covered with a white sticker. MSRP price in tag says $56, she sold it to me for $74!!! Wtf??? I was only able to see 3 styles in my size the rest had to be ordered and wait up to a week. After 3 years of remote work I got called back to the office. Having gained the Covid 20 and wearing nothing but sports bras and yoga pants since March 2020, I desperately needed new underwear. I finally broke down and made the drive from the west side out to La Mirada and it was the best decision I've ever made. Stephanie has created not just a shop, but a safe space where you are surrounded by girlfriends. I walked in at 3:57pm on a Saturday, thinking (for whatever reason) that they were open until 5pm. Unfortunately they are only open until 4pm on Saturday. So I was feeling pretty bummed about driving ~3 hours and screwing up my time and getting there too late to be fitted, but Stephanie greeted me, told me I was lucky she was still there, and when I said I wasn't sure if I was lucky since I needed a full-on fitting and it was nearly 4, but she happily told me she would take care of me, and she did!! We tried on bras fast & furious and although I was not optimistic, she found a bra that I LOVE! I have been fitted by at least 3 or 4 other women in the past 3 years and haven't found a bra that really fits me in at least as long. I just got back from this store a few minutes ago, ands let me tell you, this is a great place to shop for your intimates-bras, undies, negligee, bathing suit, etc. The reviews do not lie, Stephanie makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. I have been needing to be measured for years now, last time I got measured was at Fredericks by one of their sales girls with their measuring tape, and I've always felt they were wrong (40C). The beginning of a great relationship. As we women know, our weight can fluctuate from time to time and our bra size changes as well. Pregnancy, Menopause, surgery, etc., can cause ill-fitting bras. When I first started coming to Stephanie she used a tape measure. She's so great at what she does that now she only needs to look at you! Bra shopping is a very intrusive, vulnerable experience but Stephanie's professionalism puts you at ease. One of my most heart warming experiences was: I was diagnosed with Leukemia (2009) and had to remained quarantined in the hospital for three (3) months. I won my battle. You can imagine my appearance and confidence level with the extreme weight lost, bald head, etc. I had my husband take me to Total Woman and Stephanie was there as usual. She took one look at me and ask if she could hug me. I told her about my journey and she promptly went to work by finding a bra(s) that fit and help restore some of my confidence.
