When I first started attending Grace, I truly appreciated how friendly and welcoming Pastor John and the congregation were. I've met so many good, caring people at Grace. The Welcome Statement truly reinforces that all are welcome here. Grace is very active, with a number of opportunities to become involved. For example, each month, the Homeless Ministry passes out teal bags to collect items for good causes. This month we had a food drive to help the homeless, which included collecting items outside of the Publix across the street, and the generosity of the congregation and the larger community has been amazing! The music is also really beautiful. They have a more traditional music program at the early service and a more contemporary program at the later service. There is also a bell choir. If you're looking for an active, welcoming church in the Carrollwood area, I highly recommend visiting Grace!

There was a small play that was quite good. There was day care available and they had a special speaker. Overall it was a very nice evening, I made some new friends and ran into a few I had not seen in several years. Obviously this church has an active and giving large congregation. All was well planned& executed. It was a special evening that I am glad I was part of. What's a girl to do? Go with her mom to some of her events!

The 3 priests are very welcoming and honest and sincere in what they say. The church as a family is a thriving community with many things to do during the week. And if Catholicism is new to you, people are always available to explain what's what. They have 5 Masses/services in the weekend. Sat 4.30pm. Sun 7.30/9.30/11.30am and 5.30pm. Mass at 9.30 is deemed the more family oriented service and Father Dermot does a great job including the little ones in his Homily. 11.30 Mass has the choir. The 5.30 Sunday mass is more contemporary using more recent songs and an acoustic guitar as opposed to the traditional organ. They also have daily mass at 8.30am mon through sat.
