SAD! This is the result of my dealings with Courtesy. If I could give them NO STARS, I WOULD! My Buick Enclave was taken into this repair shop due to an accident, have extensive external and internal damage. My car was towed to the dealership on Nov. 2. They were behind and I knew I would have to wait on repair, which was not a problem. I completely understood and didn't mind. My car was completed and returned to me on Nov. 26. By Dec. 3, my car is leaking coolant on my 'newly built home garage floor'. They kept the car and checked it then said the coolant was trapped in the lower radiator support and that they had checked the radiator for leaks and found none. Needless to say my 'brand new garage floor is stained'. They gave me some shop cleaning powder to clean the stain myself, which of course did not work. My car was then returned to me by Dec. 5 and I was told was perfectly fine. While being very disappointed with the coolant stains on my new garage floor, I let it go. By Dec. 7 my car is getting towed off by Courtesy because it is leaking profusely in my garage some other substance than coolant. I noticed this when I backed out of my garage but thought it was air conditioning water until I touched it. At this point my car is in the driveway because I am leaving and I just hopped out to check what was on the garage floor since my car had just been repaired. When I realize what is leaking I hurried to the car to move it to the street as to remove it from my driveway but the leaking had already occurred on my new driveway. The service manager came to my home with the tow truck and a loaner car for me. He apologized for all the damage. I asked him to please hire a professional power washing company to come right away to clean my garage and driveway. He told me he would. Instead, he sends shop people with a shop power washer and BLASTED my new concrete in garage and driveway. They must not have checked my radiator the second time they had the car because they changed the radiator out the third time because there was a leak. Hello! There was a leak the from the beginning when they put in new radiator and they never checked it first or the second time as stated. I finally get my car back on Dec. 14. So as you can see from the photos I have damaged concrete inside and outside due to poor workmanship repeatedly. I then reach out to the dealership manager and try to work something out to get my 'brand new property' repaired. What a struggle to even communicate properly. They were of no help to get BBB qualified people here until I requested it. They sent their people here again and this person from their dealerships told me 'too bad' on the driveway, " you know in time it will look like that anyway". Then he returns another day with a 'friend' of his that is going to epoxy my garage who is a machinist by trade. Both men were insulting and I told them absolutely not, that I would be in touch with the dealership manager myself. I wanted only BBB people working to repair their damage. The dealership never made an attempt to help me in anyway to get estimates, I got estimates myself, 2 for garage and 2 for driveway. My expectations was for them to pay me for the lower of both bids and nothing more. They did pay me the lower bid for the garage but refused to do anything for the driveway but in 'goodwill' give me an additional 993.00. Dealership manager even told me to go to Tahiti! More insults! My husband and I are both retired and can't hire an attorney to fight this out. So I signed and accepted the offer after several attempts to get total restitution. As you can see from the check stub and letter I signed they admit the power washing caused the damage but then also stated they are not accepting fault, blame or liability. Then why state on both documents you caused the problem. Whoever owns these dealerships, I am sure has a big fancy home and plenty money and clearly doesn't care about a retired couple in a 1394 sq.ft. home they saved money to build. SAD JUST SAD! read more
