I have always had good customer service at this establishment and have been bringing my clothes there for over 6 years. I went in this morning (Saturday, July 11th, 2026) and saw a young lady at the front counter I had never interacted with before. I usually see Destiny or Lupe and they are both amazing. The door was open and I said "good morning" and she responded "we open at 9am." I apologized and politely excused myself. When I went back to my car and looked at my phone, I saw it was 8:55 am. I could have waited, but I didnt. The door was open, she was right there, and could have assisted me despite it being a mere 5 minutes before opening. There's another dry cleaners down the street and I'm going to take my business there from now on. I was just dropping off 1 sports coat and I thought it was a little ridiculous to make me wait or go back to my car for 5 minutes when she obviously could have taken care of me. Never again. My apologies to Lupe and Desitny - both phenomenal and great humans... but something is being missed with basic humanity and customer service that she felt necessary to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to drop off my things there. People have options and I'll go to the other cleaners down the street moving forward. ​ read more

I rarely dry clean clothes, but I thrift and consign a lot of clothing, some of which is not machine washable. I've taken coats, business suits, and nice dresses to Courtesy Cleaners and they've done a great job each time. Prices are reasonable and the clothes are always ready when they say they will be. I'll be a returning customer for sure. read more

Love this place! Situated in Hapeville, there is a lot of parking for customers. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the business. The cost of getting a wool coat dry cleaned is very very affordable, and I'm very happy about that. If you need clothes altered, skip this place. All I need is pants hemmed. I was just told they can't give me a price because they have to take the pants and send them to the seamstress who would then get them a price. And it takes a week and a half. Come on, y'all. That's ridiculous. read more

I'm torn with this review... They do EXCELLENT work! For that, they certainly deserve 5 stars. The issue I've developed is that you now have to call and make an appointment with one of the owners to get a consult for alterations. This wouldn't be so bad if it was easier to get into contact with them... but as they travel between locations, it's become too much of a chore to track them down for service. Per the lady at the front, this is a fairly recent change, and I understand why they felt they needed to that; however I just find it to be a hassle when I go out of my way and its not noted on the site that the change has been made. Perhaps putting it on the business site would save people the trip? Also, perhaps they can consider having designated days at each location for alteration drop-off so patrons can plan their time better. read more

"Other" cleaners in Hapeville want to argue with me about how my clothes are clean, how much starch I want in my pants, as well as charge me extra and nickel and dime me to death for every little thing. Courtesy cleaners has returned socks and things that I have inadvertently left in my laundry bag. They provide me a free bag with my name, and also know how I want my clothes taken care of every time I drop them off. I don't have to go through every single item and tell them how I want it done each time. I feel that today we are so busy as a people that rarely do we want or take the time to be polite. However, the older lady there Saturday morning, please take time to meet and greet all your patrons, if given greeting " good morning", the most common reply in return is "Good morning" without sneer. I just have to rave about Courtesy Cleaners! We've used the home delivery service for several years now and it is so convenient... and there's no additional cost. Alex, our rep, communicates so well and really looks out for us and you can tell they take a lot of pride in doing a great job. We especially love the new tag-less system. Dry cleaning tags have always been a pain... I'm running late, can't get the tag off, don't have scissors handy, etc, etc, etc. Their tag-less system is awesome! The folks here are incredibly friendly and great, so I have been hesitant to leave a review. However, I have 5 shirts with damaged cuff buttons and one of them needed replacement on all of the buttons. They replaced the cuff buttons but not the shirt buttons leaving a shirt with mismatched buttons. I asked if that makes sense and they replaced all the buttons, and now after wearing the shirt twice, two of those buttons need to be sewn back on. Again this is hard for me to leave this review because the people are so nice, but using their service has caused me much more trouble then it has been worth. read more

I have used Courtesy Cleaners for several years and until recently had been very satisfied with their service and quality of care. They recently refused to clean 2 dresses, that they have cleaned multiple times in the past, without us signing a release. There was a handwritten note on the hangers, nobody bothered to point it out to us and... they charged us for the cleaning that wasn't provided. We made a trip back to get a refund and inquire as to what has changed. We received the refund and no good reason for not cleaning the dresses other than they didn't want to be responsible for damage. These are normal work dresses. Not evening gowns, nothing spectacular. Unfortunately they lost our business and we will be taking our clothes to a cleaner that we can feel confident using. read more
