It's in a small parking lot with a BP gas station and a barber shop next to it. When I went in I was greeted by a short older man. He was very nice. He and his wife works in the shop together. The shop is wide open with a counter and a platform with a three sided mirrors. There's a sitting area. The shop is clean inside. I dropped off my work clothes to be dry cleaned. I had about 10 items and I paid a reasonable price. The owner told me it will be ready in two days which was great.

I asked if they knew any other place that might help me, because I needed my order same day. They said, "No." I just happened to see Snow Cleaners across the street, and took a chance. Not only were they able to do my same-day order that day, I got a text message from Steve, the owner, when they were done. I switched cleaners that day and have been there ever since, only regretting that I did not discover them sooner. Would highly, highly recommend. They've been there 33 years for a reason.

I went back Thursday morning and was told she still didn't have the price and they would text me. A couple of hours later I was texted the price and asked if I wanted the job done. The price was well over the rate for patches to be sewn on. By this point I was frustrated and told them I would just come and pick it up. They responded ok. When I arrived I was then informed that my vest was not there and that they would not have it until the next day. I was never informed that this was being outsourced. Even when I told them I was coming to pick it up I was not told that it was not there. This was bad communication and terrible customer service. I am not sure what the cleaners side of things are like but for alterations it is a no go. I should have just drove the extra distance and went somewhere else. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt because it was convenient. Never again, lesson learned.

The sweatpants were also returned with stains and lint balls on them. I am appalled by the service received. This was not the first time having a problem with the dry cleaning service, everytime is a new issue. This time they just went too far. I went in this morning (Saturday, July 11th, 2026) and saw a young lady at the front counter I had never interacted with before. I usually see Destiny or Lupe and they are both amazing. The door was open and I said "good morning" and she responded "we open at 9am." I apologized and politely excused myself. When I went back to my car and looked at my phone, I saw it was 8:55 am. I could have waited, but I didnt. The door was open, she was right there, and could have assisted me despite it being a mere 5 minutes before opening. There's another dry cleaners down the street and I'm going to take my business there from now on. I was just dropping off 1 sports coat and I thought it was a little ridiculous to make me wait or go back to my car for 5 minutes when she obviously could have taken care of me. Never again. My apologies to Lupe and Desitny - both phenomenal and great humans... but something is being missed with basic humanity and customer service that she felt necessary to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to drop off my things there. That just added insult to injury, as he politely suggested that it was my fault that the spot on the pocket was my fault saying I must had a sticker there and the residual glue reacted with the chemical. At that time I didn't see the magnitude of how badly they F-ed up my jacket. I could only see the pocket. Now I see the shoulders, the back, the undersides of the sleeves, the two different tones in various places. I could go on but the photos tell most of the story. Since being sold last year the quality has plummeted and no cleaning is done on site now. Sadly the once friendly and caring service that created a deserved loyalty is gone, replaced by a surly and uninterested child. Worse yet, the smell of pot smoke frequently blows in from the back of the store, soiling the clothes customers are paying higher prices for. Very sad. Don't understand why their employees replace buttons in spite of the customer. Sent this shirt…read moreback, last week, because the replacement button was sewn too low, causing a gap in the shirt, when buttoned. Shirt came back with the button removed and replaced a full inch LOWER than before, making it nearly impossible to button. I only wear custom made dress shirts and each one of them is ruined, the first time a button has to be replaced, because their employees [seemingly] have a grudge against their customers. I don't get it. I've had this problem with every dry cleaner in ATL, but this company is the worst as EVERY button replacement is sewn in the wrong place.
