The washers are the high efficiency ones so you only have to use half a cap of detergent. That's definitely a plus! There's a lady that works there that's always so friendly and helpful. Even though the laundry center at my apt complex is cheaper I drive here because the machines work better. Frequent customers get a $5 bonus and I think after midnight the machines are half off. I won't go any where else to do my laundry.

The tops smelled the same as well. SO.... I decided to take my pants up to the cleaners behind my house that my roommate uses in the Publix shopping center. I have never experienced such wonderfully pressed and spotless pants from a drycleaners, as I did from Spring Cleaners. Not only that, Jenny who seems to be the only employee who is ever there (maybe she's the owner?), is ALWAYS so friendly, and they always come back on time. They, like other drycleaners in Fulton county HAVE to send the cleaning out to a 3rd party cleaning service for some strange law related to chemical processing. KUDOS to them for choosing one that actually does what they are supposed to, and they do it very well. I highly recommend Spring Cleaners!

For the 2nd time they have messed up my favorite comforter set. I have been getting this set cleaned for a few years elsewhere and have never had this issue. At first it didn't bother me because they sewed it back. However, when it happen a 2nd time I was piss'd, I also didn't like that I had to wait 2 more days for them to fix it. I did not receive an apology, only an excuse that the fabric is thin and sewn poorly. Tell that to someone else because I don't want to hear it. They even pointed out that it had to be sewn back together before, YEAH by you all! No one but you all keeps messing it up! Ugh! When I asked if I would be receiving a discount for the inconvenience, it was easily brushed off and ignored. I will not be taking my comforter back! Also, this week they just started a $10 minimum debit/credit card charge. That's fine and everything, but I am a regular and was unable to get my items because I didn't have cash on me. You would think that after what I just went through with my comforter (this happened the day I picked my comforter up), they would have been a little more compassionate. Yeah right! The more I think about it, I don't know if I'll be going here any longer after all.
