When I got there they had the pants in the plastic hanging up-the stain was still there. I pointed this out and no one would take accountability. They blamed the black lining in the pants and wanted me to sign a waiver. Not once did they take ownership and responsibility. The lady at the counter began to tell me she has to do many jobs at the cleaners and she's overwhelmed. This not the proper response to ruining someone's garment. I would not recommend them to anyone and would urge other customers to find a new cleaner.

I was very specific about the details--monogram placement, font, and even requested that my name be done in all lowercase. Unfortunately, every item was done incorrectly. The monogram on the scarf was placed upside down (so when worn, it read incorrectly), and both the sweatshirt and pajamas were embroidered in the wrong font and not in lowercase as requested. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the original items could not be corrected and would need to be replaced and re-embroidered. To their credit, they agreed to repurchase the items. However, when I returned to pick them up, none of the items had been embroidered at all--and the pajamas provided were not even the correct pair. At that point, I requested a refund for the embroidery services I never received. I was told the employee present was unable to process a refund. I had to insist on getting something in writing stating that I would be refunded, but I have little confidence this will actually happen. I have not received a phone call, email, or any other communication to try to rectify the issue or send a refund. I've since filed a dispute with my bank. Between the repeated errors, lack of attention to detail, and inability to resolve the issue properly, this was an incredibly frustrating experience--especially given that these items were meant for a special occasion. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. The level of inaccuracy and lack of follow-through here is simply unacceptable.

This place is not fancy but they provide the service I need most without fuss. The owner is nice. They're just trying to make a decent living. I support this business. My only suggestion is for them to button up the blouses and shirts pressed instead of just closing one button. This way, when more than 5 pieces are taken together, we can avoid wrinkling or getting caught in the other clothes. Give this place a try if, like me, you don't have the time of day to spend pressing clothes instead of enjoying your weekends.
