When I picked it up, woman told me she couldn't get the pillow to dry & it was as dry as she could get it. Then I realized that she closed the plastic bag with the wet pillow on top of all of the other items! When I opened the bag, the whole bag smelled musty!! now I have to bring it home and re-wash what I can all over again!! I'm leaving tomorrow so I can't leave it for them to rewash never mind I don't trust them to do it anyways! Not only would they not give me any money back, but she called the owner who asked to speak with me and he just started telling me he would not give my money back and that the lady said the stuff smelled to begin with!! It certainly didn't smell to begin with, but even if it did, it's their job to clean it!! Terrible business! I was nothing but nice to them but the owner just didn't want to give any kind of refund and was extremely ignorant and rude.

This place is not fancy but they provide the service I need most without fuss. The owner is nice. They're just trying to make a decent living. I support this business. My only suggestion is for them to button up the blouses and shirts pressed instead of just closing one button. This way, when more than 5 pieces are taken together, we can avoid wrinkling or getting caught in the other clothes. Give this place a try if, like me, you don't have the time of day to spend pressing clothes instead of enjoying your weekends.
