I was unimpressed the first few times because I felt that the way they folded the clothes was messy and random but since it was so convenient my husband continued to bring our clothes there and dropped off a couple baskets on his way to work. When my husband got there he explained to them that we have a 3 year old son who is still potty training and sometimes wets his pants or bed. After some discussion (arguing) they finally submitted to washing our clothes (oh joy) but loudly announced that they would have to disinfect the machines afterward. I worked in a laundromat for years in high school and washed countless loads of laundry with an array of mystery odors, scrubbed mystery stains, and disinfected the machines regularly.
