They are typically closed one or two (random) days per week. I don't really care to drive over here, only to find them closed when they're supposed to be open. Also, they recently raised prices AND shortened cycle times on the big washers. I used to pay about $5 for long/hot cycle with pre-wash and extra rinse that lasted about 50 minutes. New price is about $9 and duration has dropped to 27 minutes with same options selected. The guy that owns this place has no idea how to run a business. Today was my last (attempted) visit.

Alexis called the out-of-house tailor to see what could be done. Even though she had already taken the other clothes needing repairs to the tailor for the day, she offered to run my pants over to them so she and I could speak with them together. The tailor said I could get my pants from them Monday, and Alexis offered to pick them up so they would be ready at Starcrest with the other things I dropped off today. I felt like my needs were anticipated and I received a level of customer assistance that was above and beyond. I've always had a pleasant experience bringing my clothes to this location, and today really took the cake. Thank you Aaron and Alexis!

After unsuccessfully lint rolling it repeatedly I took my coat back to the cleaners where the woman behind the desk looked at me like I was an idiot and pulled out a lint roller. When that didn't work she said they could take the coat back and clean it again, and because that didn't work (I was moving out of state before they'd be done with it, also 0% trust) said she could not refund the $15 they charged me, but the manager could at the other location across town. When I took it there, turns out the manager is only present from 7-9am. Took my coat to another cleaner and was told that what had likely happened was Concord Cleaners had dryed it with something fuzzy and it was best to just buy a defuzzing comb and try to fix it myself. Would never recommend this cleaner to anyone.

My husband dropped off three comforters…read more When I pick them up they had overcharged us for two of them, listing them as Kings and not Queens. They refused to adjust the price. They also did not accept my competitors coupons even though their website says they do. After I paid $95 (should have been $85! and if they had accepted my coupon, only $75) to get my three comforters cleaned I was given my change back in CHANGE literally. A handful of quarters, nickels and dimes. I will never use this drycleaner again! Best of all-one of my comforters was shoved in the bag all wrinkled, no semblance of a fold :(
