My wife had no idea what was going on until she walked out onto the balcony and saw the the very nice layout of food & flowers. Heather was very helpful and instrumental in helping me pull this off. She made sure the setting was just right and even added some very nice flowers that made it very special. I was able to play the music from our wedding reception over the house sound system which was very nice. I guarantee it was a dinner that will not soon be forgotten!

Gym is also good because there is very cold water server. Breakfast is almost the same as other IHG / Holiday Inn express which is also good for me. After checking in, the customers can use underground parking. I have only positive things for this hotel.

Bed was comfortable, linens clean, I'd stay again when I'm in the area.

The service was wonderful. Have a nice indoor outdoor restaurant everything looks very new. I came from out of town, but if I lived in Corvallis, I would join in a second ! Plenty of practice space as well and I hit off grass, which is pretty much a must for me for me to join a country club.

She is just the sweetest and so incredibly helpful. It was so nice to be able to unload and set up on Friday and clean-up on Sunday. The value for the price is fantastic. It was so nice to have so many areas to choose from for our ceremony and reception, and having complimentary on-site parking was so convenient for our guests. The wedding was held in the entry main area (airy and open), and then we adjourned to the large reception room in the same building complete with a stage for music, dancing floor, tables, buffet lines, kitchen, and a full, real bar. Wonderful snuggle fest @ Iron Water Ranch in Albany, OR. -Lambentine Event- !!…read more We had an amazing time at this local Ranch as first time visitors! We signed up for their two day event online which consisted of hourly time slots to snuggle and bottle feed sweet baby lambs. We checked in during our designated time, received custom stickers, and given basic written instructions on how to hold and feed lambs. We then entered their big barn, where we were already assigned to Shepherd Brendan, who told us to pick an enclosed hay spot. He then retrieved a sweet lamb, dressed in a cute little shirt, who was ready to drink some warm milk, and be held by yours truly! The first baby girl, Widow, was the sweetest. She loved to be held and I bottle fed and snuggled with her forever. I asked Brendan if we could meet another lamb, and he then retrieved Jean, who was only a couple weeks old, if that! She was just as sweet, but a little bit more timid. They also had professionals onsite, spinning wool into yarn, products for sale, and staff on hand to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed our time here and plan on coming back for future events!! March MAAAdness is coming up!

Not the best stay, but it's not entirely the hotel's fault. The hotel, while dated, had staff who…read morewere accommodating and friendly. However, it is located in a terrible neighborhood. During the night, several vehicles had glass shattered and were broken into. The staff indicated that this happens somewhat regularly. So if you are staying at this hotel, be aware there is a change that you'll come out to a vandalized vehicle with items missing. If it happens regularly, it seems they would take some measure of security, but haven't yet, and will assume no responsibility as you "park at your own risk".
