Fantastic service, the comfiest beds ever and ice cold air conditioning. The staff was amazing. After nine hours in a car , we felt pampered. Nice bistro that had lattes and fresh muffins. I told the staff when I checked out this was the best hotel experience ever . The bathrooms are roomy, the bedroom wasn't like a cruise ship cabin, full size shampoo , conditioner and body wash, super clean. Only suggestion, ambient lighting in the bathroom is not great for putting on makeup unless there was an issue with our room because it was fine dining lighting in the rest room. Other than that , it was spectacular. Literally nicer than the high end hotel we stayed at in down town Chicago. Who knew? read more

The front staff is very nice but Sasha in the bistro area was very rude and would not wait on us and completely ignore us. We purposely went back to the hotel, after having dinner and walking around the mall area, to drink a couple glasses of wine. I don't want to order anything from here again. The location of this hotel is pretty good, there is lots of stuff across the street if you need to get something. The rooms are pretty nice, I had a king bed and the pillow choice was good...there were 2 firm pillows and 2 soft pillows. The room had a big love seat as well, which was nice to sit on and watch tv. The reason I took stars off is the Starbucks in the lobby has terrible hours and the hotel doesn't even have a restaurant you can get lunch at. It's a complete ghost down downstairs if you want something to eat or drink. That's pretty ridiculous if you ask me for a Marriott. read more

Very big rooms and very clean. They are doing some remodeling so be prepared for that. Bar was set where you dine during that I suppose. Our bartender was nice and friendly. The only complaint we have is with the front desk woman. She's the one with a shaved side on her head. She was very blah and seemed bothered to check us in or answer our questions. Maybe because it was around midnight when we checked in. That's the only reason I leave three stars as first impressions are key with customer service. read more

The usual excellent service you'd expect at a Courtyard. Only exception was I reported one of the outlets wasn't working. Front desk promised it would be the first thing maintenance would take care of next morning. Never was. They gave me a complimentary bag of candy for my troubles. I'll take it. Since I always travel with multi-plug surge protector, it didn't affect me. The next customer will be inconvenienced. There's a giant screen TV just off the lobby that's excellent to watch sports. The TV in the room is in a weird configuration. It's off to the front side of the bed partially blocked by a built out wall. So if you're laying in bed on the TV side, almost 1/4 the screen is blocked by the built out wall. This location is within walking distance of upscale shopping & restaurants. read more

Outstanding location, friendly staff and free shuttle from airport. This hotel is my most favorite place to stay when traveling on business throughout my Southeast Region (FL, GA, SC, AL). Location is amazing, situated in the middle of every business I need when traveling: a relatively new LA Fitness is less than 500 feet away; multiple restaurants serving everything from pub food, to sushi, to steak; a movie theater; and all kinds of shopping (Bass Pro, Ron Jon, Dick's Sporting goods, Costco). I get here from the airport, grab an excellent workout, and eat as healthy as I want-- all within walking distance. Staff remembers me and they treat me great. Seriously... it's the best place to stay on business in my entire region! read more

Your night front desk assistant is incredibly rude. I work for an airline and our company has a contract with you and we have to stay here even though every crew I've talked to has written a report on your hotel. I called the front desk upon landing notifying them we landed and would be heading toward the shuttle soon. I was told the shuttle would be there in fifteen minutes and they would wait for us. Well 20 minutes later (so FIVE MINUTES after the shuttle was supposed to arrive) they're not there. I call again and Christian decides he wants to have an attitude and asked what took me so long to get out there that I called "well over 20 minutes ago" no sir it was 22 minutes. I told him we had to deplane the aircraft?? That should be common knowledge for anyone who has been in a plane before? When you land you deplane right? Well Christian decides he's going to compare us to another airline stating they can deplane in 5 minutes and they're really good at their job...insinuating we're not? He then told me we'd have to wait ABOUT 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and then hung up on me. Once we got to the hotel via an Uber 30 minutes later he avoided our crew and didn't talk to us. Thats extremely poor customer service and I would suggest maybe getting someone to work who knows how to treat people. read more

Worst. service. ever. My elderly parents left a phone charger in the hotel. We made a special trip over to get it. The front desk clerk, Ryan, couldn't have been ruder or more unaccommodating. He would not help us and told us to return if they happen to find it. I cannot believe this person works in hospitality. When I asked what's the name of the manager, he said everyone that works there was the manager. There are many decent hotels in Madison. I stayed here during a business trip and the hotel was average. The rooms were recently renovated and had a modernish feel to them. The hallways were a bit outdated. All the staff was members were great and helpful. I was able to check in early and shower before an afternoon full of meetings. The only major complaint that I have is that the water in the pool felt like a lukewarm bath. Other than that it was a clean average hotel. Nothin bad nothing special. read more

Courtyard by Marriott are my favorite hotels and this one does not disappoint the brand name. The staff was very accommodating and I always love the Bistro in these hotels. They also have a 24 hour store that has last minute needs, food and drinks. The rooms are a very nice size, has a little couch area and the bathrooms are spacious. Seriously, these hotel beds are my favorite. I even looked at the brand of the mattress once to see if I can get the same kind next time I buy one. The location is not too far from the airport and is located by shopping, several stores, LA fitness and they have a great outdoor pool. You won't be disappointed with your stay. If it's a short one they have a shuttle that accommodates airport transportation. read more

This property offers airport parking by booking through globalparking.com It has to be one of the least expensive long-term parking options near RSW. My recent reservation came to about $4.75 per day after taxes and a nominal booking fee. The hotel parking lot is well lit, and is overseen by the regular Marriott staff. Mariott runs a free shuttle to the airport for its parkers. It takes only ten minutes door to door. You have to reserve parking online, then call the hotel to confirm that a shuttle is available.. I found that the shuttles are really timely and professional. I missed the 5:30 AM shuttle by a few minutes. However, on its return from the airport, the desk manager told the driver to see that I got to the departing lane "quickly." That was really calm, collected,and over-the-top considerate when you understand that it was me who was late. I was ready to re-book a flight, but the unsolicited hustle provided by Marriott assured that I made my original flight. Way to fix my mess, Marriott, Thanks! read more

This is the Marriott Courtyards for which we judge all others. The rooms are clean and well kept. The staff is on point at all times, and the area is up incoming, and hotel is attached to outside of a mall with theatre. We have stayed in this location at least 5 times. We found it several years ago when area was largely rural and used by pilots and stewards from local airport. Area is now growing with no less then 25 eateries with blocks. You can shop at Bass Pro, Ron Jons and more without getting into your car !! Cheddars, Red Robin, Ale House, and Pinchers offer nice food and libations. You can even drop kids off for a movie while shopping or having lunch with friends. In nitpicking the hotel fails to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby as it likely competes with the high priced and over brewed taste of Starbucks sold in their bistro. All other Courtyards offer this which goes over well when traveling with older family members. read more

Clean with super large rooms. The minifridges in the rooms do not have a separate freezer section. It's all one big normal refrigerator compartment. That's unusual. Check in was fast with no snags. Employees are not great at giving directions (told me FGCU was a 15 minute walk, but it's really an hour). read more

Let me first say, thank you to this hotel for providing recycling bins. That's very important to me and I don't see it all that much in hotels. I love that! I was extremely pleased with my selection of this hotel. It's a tad pricey, but I managed a good rate (there's plenty of free parking). The check-in girl was very nice and accommodating to me! It is located very conveniently right off of I-75. If you are a shopper, this is the place for you - it is in a "town center" type area, with tons of restaurants, fitness places, and shops all around it (within walking distance - the hotel is actually included in the town center area). There's a beautiful Super Target, some fancy shops, fast food restaurants, as well as a couple of table-service type restaurants. The location is fantastic. We drove twice to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. It's a little ways away; it took about 20 minutes, but is an easy drive along a major road and we didn't encounter any heavy traffic. But, this hotel definitely isn't on the beach. The hotel looks brand new, but I was told it was not, rather it had a recent renovation. The lobby is bright and open and beautiful. There is a café in the lobby that's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I believe - I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food. There's a huge open lobby space to watch TV or use the computers at the business center; it's very comfortable. My room was beautiful. It was clean and bright, and very, very spacious. The bathroom is large and spotless. The carpeting seemed brand new. The beds were the BEST I have ever slept in; firm and very comfy - I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. The pillows were great too. I will definitely stay here again when my travels bring me to the Ft Myers / Naples area. It is about 20 miles north of the Naples exit off I-75 (approximately). We stayed for one night due to an early morning flight the next day for which their shuttle was very helpful. I also believe they run continuously all day and night. Check in and out were uneventful and smooth. Location is excellent and both food and shopping with lots of choices are very close. Being a bit fussy about our food, we did not eat here after looking at the menu. Room is spacious and bedding is comfy and clean. Carpet is most likely clean but the color is that unappetizing motel mottled color variety. Slippers would have been nice under the circumstances. A room safe could have been useful. My overall impression is that it is an upgraded motel. It is adequate for a Courtyard. read more

Used their shuttle service to take us to the airport for a week long trip to Mexico. After returning back back from our trip at 11:30 at night, we called to have the shuttle come pick us up. After waiting 40 minutes we called back and I was told by Brianna that there was a miscommunication. She told me she forgot to tell the driver to come get us. Then said go get a taxi will pay for it. Really? We're loaded down with luggage and it's quite a hike back to the airport to find a taxi. Won't be using them again. While sitting here waiting, Executive Valet has come and gone 4 times. That's who we're going to use next time. read more

Everything was great. The jacuzzi bath was amazing. The Paul Mitchell products were stellar. The beds and pillows were comfortable. But then, around 11:30, the noise and smells came. We were bombarded by the noise of what we now assume are college students. There was yelling. There was running. There was door slamming. However, most insulting of all was the olfactory assault. The combination of marijuana and cigarettes made us feel like we were in a college dorm, not a hotel we paid $250 to stay in for a night. We could smell this awful combination 10 feet from the door. Not only that, but after getting out of the bed to get our earplugs, we could smell the devil's lettuce from our bed. Mercifully, the smell did not linger on our possessions. Maybe this hotel is better on weeknights, but NEVER stay here on a weekend night when college students stay here to get blasted. May they not contract lung cancer or cirrhosis. read more

We used the park and fly program going and returning to Reno, NV. When leaving we were dropped off at our airline but returning we had to walk all the way from baggage past the rental car building to a somewhat darken area with no one around. While walking the van actually past us by having picked up others outside of baggage. The drive said that the airport authority requires they pick us up there but guest staying at the hotel can get curb side service. At 1:00 am in the morning do you really believe the airport authority is concerned where we are picked up given we may have been the last flight in that day. The driver tells us he just had driven 16 hours from Connecticut and was checking his phone as he drove. Not very safe!!! Never use them again. read more

Here for an ice skating competition my daughter is participating in. No microwave nor tea bags in the room. Seriously? This is a basic amenity. Will not stay here again. Especially since I learned the other 2 hotels in the complex, both the Residence Inn and Drury Inn BOTH offer free breakfast as well. Drury offers free cocktails in the evening to it's guests. This hotel should offer the same amenities as surrounding hotels in the same complex. Do not stay here! read more

This hotel was good. It had laundry on site, a gym with dumbbells and cardio machines, and the rooms were nice looking and clean. It is right next to all kinds of restaurants and a big mall. The reason it's only 3 stars is because there was nothing spectacular about the place or service. Nothing was bad, just not exceptional. Hotel is great except for the hotel bar. Every time I have been here the bartender has been beyond rude and doesn't even know what providing customer service, let alone good customer service is. He is either closing the bar early or not wanting to accommodate anyone. This is my 3rd time here and my 3rd issue with the bartender. The front desk is always super nice and friendly, but they can never help with the issues at the bar because he has worked here longer and does what he wants basically. She apologized and said that the bar was supposed to be open until 10pm (I arrived around 9:50ish and just requested 1 glass of red wine to take to my room). I was rudely told no I'm closed down already. When I asked why since the bar was supposed to be open until 10pm he said he was closing and counting money so i couldn't have a glass. I expect more from a nice hotel like this and it shouldn't matter how long you work for a company. You should still do your job and provide customer service. It's not that hard!! read more
