I travel every week and stay in 2 different Marriott properties every single week all around the country- almost always courtyards or residence inns. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Marriott property. Allow me to explain- I get in late and stand at the front desk waiting to be helped. I can see in the back room the front desk attendant sitting in a rolling chair watching something on his phone. It's audible all the way out at the desk. I say "hello excuse me" trying to get his attention. No response. Completely ignored me till his break or video or whatever was over then came and checked me in. He gave me room 107. Be ware of 107. What a train wreck of a room. I walk in and am overwhelmed with the smell of bathroom mildew. Like clothes that have been left in the washer for a week kind of stench. Turn on the lights and they flicker like a horror movie for far too long before actually turning on. I set down my stuff and walk around to the bed when I see a massive jet soaker tub IN THE ROOM. NOT IN THE BATHROOM. IN THE ROOM. I know what you're thinking- this is a welcome and luxurious amenity the likes of which you'd usually only experience at a four seasons or something. Yeah no. It was disgusting. Caulking all around it was like rotted out brown- the tub was gross. It smelled to high heaven. It was super off putting and creepy and gross. Why would a business travel hotel have such a "feature"?! This gave the room major... escort vibes. It was so gross. To make matters worse, the room was on the first floor so of course, being a courtyard, it has a sliding door to the outside. That said, it's on the outside part of the hotel- not facing inn towards the courtyard. The slider looked out directly to the parking lot behind the hotel. When I came in at 1 o'clock in the morning, the sliding door to this creepy gross room was UNLOCKED. also the security lock of the front door was all bent out of shap and pretty much ineffective. 0/5 wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay here.

There are no grab bars to assist it getting up. Turns out this room is for hearing impaired disability. I go to take a shower before meeting family for dinner. I notice I'm ankle deep in water. The tub is not draining. I unscrewed the drain cap hoping it would help. It did not. I reached down and pulled a gawd awful mess out of the drain. Something was at least 12 inches long. Also a little bag with writing came out. Called front desk asking for a manager. None on duty. I requested someone come down right away to see this mess. Front desk clerk and a maintenance man arrived. Desk clerk said I should have called for maintenance. Tough to do in the middle of the shower. I asked for a reduction in price. She couldn't do that but would give me points. Received an email stating I got 2500 pts. Later I call the Marriott 800 number and registered a complaint. He couldn't change the price but gave me an additional 2500 points. Got a case number and was told management would contact me. Will attempt to attach a photo.

The lightest weights they had were 20's, then 25, and then I think it jumped to 40s? They had towels and water in a corner. Breakfast service was decent, but when they say 10, they mean 10. At 9:58 they were cleaning up and I was a little afraid as I went for a boiled egg. They do play music in the lobby/business area, so be mindful of that. My comforter and sheets were super wrinkly. They seemed clean, but also seemed like they may have just been thrown back over the bed? Not entirely sure on that one, just an observation.

The location plus our Marriott Bonvoy points is why we often choose this hotel. The price is right and it has everything you need, but it's really no frills. It has a breakfast room, pool and great staff. The star staff member this time in particular -Justin! There is some type of construction going on and many parking spaces were sacrificed. No available parking for weary travelers post midnight?! Nooooo! However, Justin makes problems disappear even after midnight. Thanks!! They are welcoming to our well trained (LEGIT) service animal, so kudos for that. Rooms are adequate, but nothing more. If you want luxury, you don't come here. Otherwise, it definitely gets the job done. Staff saves it here. Three stars, where it would have been two. Sadly tonight on a busy Mother's Day evening, we just wanted to chill with a simple later evening snack and watch a movie in room. The TV wouldn't connect, so we called down to the desk. NO ANSWER!? Ugh. Also, midday, our keys inexplicably didn't work! Had to go back down and get two new keys. Why?!? All else said, this is a fine mid range lodging for a few days, but nothing special at all. Thanks for following me, happy Spring 2026!

We didn't arrive until just before midnight 8/24/21. This supervisor should be a manager (I failed to get his name but I'm sure you can see who worked that night). Although it was late he was so welcoming as if it was 8am! He accomodated us because I reserved a room that didn't allow a dog and gave us an additional room just below the other. He didn't hesitate or make it seem as if he was doing us a favor (although he was), he just did it. Less than 10 minutes later we were in two very well appointed rooms. EVERYTHING was to par. Also the early morning of 8/28 I spoke to the front desk (monique?) We were there because we were moving our daughter into school. She spoke with me for like 10 minutes helping me figure out getting a dolly and helped ease my anxiety (something she didn't have to do). I asked her name from Darryl (who only gave me Moniques name) but I know she was night shift to early am.... I sincerely thank you! The laughs and exchange of stories eased all my fears! Service is a stickler for me and when you're given this level of attentiveness it's shows how much they care, even for the hotel itself. I had no complaints about anything in the rooms they were perfectly cleane and what is expected! I will return without hesitation.

Since this hotel is close to the office AND a Marriott chain, I thought it was safe... Boy was I wrong! Let's start with the parking situation... although I didn't get any pictures, there were at least a dozen signs throughout the parking reminding of the penalties for not paying to park by using a separate app that you must download. Checking in wasn't too challenging, and the two front desk employees were kind.. The room (318), that I was given was one of my biggest pet peaves... the room was equipped with a portable AC, with the hose connected to the window... the slit was big enough to allow for any type of bug to fly in and make itself at home... I went home with so many bite marks where the bugs had just feasted on me. My other complaint was the fact that apparently there is a family of stray cats that are obviously fed by someone, I don't think she was staying at the hotel (although I'm not sure), but she showed up everyone morning with food and fresh water for them. To some this might not be a big deal, however for someone who has a huge phobia of cats... this was unwelcome! My take away - do not wait for the last minute to book my preferred hotel!

Saying all that I would never stay there again. The tv in living room did not work, the thermostat in living room did not work, no hot water from shower, and very weak water pressure. Also the elevator kept trapping us inside, and the hallways were disgusting with trash. The final thing I hated was the breakfast so called hot food was not up to proper temperature. They have two average size Krups coffee machines. Even Holiday Inn and less expensive hotels, offer 1/2 & 1/2 or milk, and you can fill your cup from a big coffee carafe.
