I went to this woman in February to get 22" real hair microbead extensions. It was my first time ever getting extensions. I really liked them and she did a good job installing them, even left her a five star rating. Well that's changing. I just went to buy more 22" hair from her and suddenly the price went up $20 bucks last minute and I was supposed to meet her in a Chase Bank parking lot. Whatever, I want my hair. I ended up meeting her husband(?) And got the hair. The second I saw it I knew it wasn't the same bundles as she sent me photos of, but I trusted it. I got home and measured.. FOUR INCHES SHORTER??!?!?! I measured the older ones.. ALSO four inches shorter. What the hell? I also tried to bleach the first bundles I got... They wouldn't lighten. NOT REAL HUMAN HAIR. (I will take them to a REAL salon to be checked, I'll update) So I want a refund the next day right, we plan to meet at 4pm. I message her at 2 to confirm and she does. Then an hour later she messages me "Hey can we meet at 4:30, otherwise I have to rush to eat this pizza" something about how she's having a reunion and even moved it around to meet up with me.. wait.. what? What sense does that make?? This woman is decieving, and untrustworthy!! I do not think she should be able to sell and provide​ services. Was not happy about getting my hair done in a home instead of salon. There was no set up in the home to do hair, so it was done in the dining room. I made my appointment 3wks in advance, and when I showed up, she did not have the length or hair color I needed...even though she said she would have everything. I then had to go to the beauty store to buy hair dye to color the extensions before she could install them. After the install, she curled my hair but she had no product at home. She said it was all at the salon. I was not pleased about that. The install was "ok" and if I had to do it all over again, I would most definitely go to someone that specializes in extensions and that is in a salon. I will never choose a price break over professionalism again. The hot fusion extensions lasted two months and now they are out and I am much happier. Now time to nurse my hair back to health! Update: Let me reassure people reading this that her hair station was set up in her dining room. Also, she had absolutely no hairspray and said it was at her "salon." In her comment back, she is writing as if I should be forever grateful because she wand curled my hair for free. She had a post stating free wand curls if you come in for hair extensions. Also, I spoke to her beforehand and she assured me that she would have my length and color in stock the next day when I arrived. This lady just has a rhyme, reason, excuse for everything that the customers speak on. How about just acknowledging some flaws and let people know you'll strive to do better. I've been going to couture studio about a year now. Definitely my go to stylist! Scarlet always does an AMAZING job with my hair, for a reasonable price. She's easy to get ahold of, friendly, and answers all questions! She's also hilarious which makes the appointment go by super fast! read more

Scarlet is truly a miracle worker!! My hair was completely destroyed by a different hairstylist and she was able to save it within no time at all! Her work and application process is phenomenal! Had an awful experience attempting to get my hair done! I got a text 10 minutes before my appointment at 5 to reschedule then we tried for something later that night. Waited 2 hours in her parking lot and had Scarlett ignore my calls and not get back to me. Finally left at 8 but was astonished by how unprofessional it was of a supposed owner of a business to not answer my calls or texts. After driving in traffic and letting her know I put my day on hold for this appointment still received no sort of communication. Very disappointing, I'll be taking my business elsewhere! At first thought I was happy with my hair and it was in bad condition to begin with but after having my extensions removed by another stylist I was advised that I should most definitely report this and that at the very least she should have her license pulled. The keratin leaked on my hair and not only did my extensions tangle from regardless of how careful I was with them I lost most of my real hair and I do not mean some here and there I mean I am unable to do anything other than wear a full wig until my hair grows out for at least six months or longer. Made many attempts to have her finish her work with no success which is a blessing now I realize. She should have her license pulled if she even has one to begin with. I am considering a lawsuit and have been told by more than a few stylists in the industry that what she did to my hair is by far the worst job they have ever seen and that There is no excuse for a licensed professionals work to be of such poor quality And damaging. I'm certain she really has no idea what she's doing other than the training she may have gotten herself watching online tutorials . Ive never written a review good or bad before but if this even saves one persons hair from being destroyed as mine was and is than I am grateful to have the opportunity to help someone from making the same mistake I did and to keep her from taking your money and not having one bit of remorse for what she's done and no ability to fix it even if she did. Ladies PLEASE to not go to this women!!! Yeah she'll make you. Look like a million buck but not even 2 weeks later your extensions will be falling out! While she claims to " offer" me new extensions she never followed through on a appointment that was set inside calling me as I was walking out the door to tell me that she had a family emergency, I gave her the benefit of the doubt she did text me back however she failed at setting up one with me.and she certainly didn't say she would redo them for free in fact I remember stating that in my text to her that I had no money do have my whole head redone, all she said was I see......why should I have to repay someone for such shitty work and who doesn't really care about you as a client to make it right. Mermaid hair extensions ended up fixing my hair free of charge, really sad that another salon shouldered the responsibility of so,some else fuck up. I am meeting with a lawyer to get my money back, don't let this women sweet talk you into something that you will end up being pissed off about in a couple weeks, I don't know anyone who just has $450.00 dollars to blow, if she wasn't a scammer she would offer me my money back and do the right thing how this women can go to bed at night knowing she ripped someone off especially a military spouse who recovered from cancer treatments, I mean wow she has to have a set of balls! read more
