I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. That is because I couldn't find anyone to cut my hair the way I like. She is always very busy. Sometimes, the wait could be an hour long. She does not take appointments. During the pandemic, I explored other locations so I don't have to wait too long. I had found a location that does almost as good. I have been using that place for last year. The quality service has been declining. So, here I am back to this place. Although, there were three people before me, I only had to wait for 30 minutes. Hands down the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. Went in for a mid-fade the stylist completely did the opposite of what I wanted. The fade was uneven across the board and she made it worse when trying to fix it. Also destroyed by beard, left me with a chin strap basically. Had to go home and completely shave my beard because of her. Totally unqualified to cut hair, would not wish this upon anyone! Stay away from here and save your money! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Whatever you do look elsewhere. She charged me $15 to trim my hair. She didn't even ask how many inches I wanted taken off and she cut like 6inches!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in the salon chair for no more than 3 full minutes. I can't express how livid I am, and that wasn't the worst part. We had a short conversation where she asked me what I did for work. After I told her I was a designer she goes okay. Mind you, she only did a trim not a full hair cut so when I asked her how much for a full hair cut she goes "oh it's $60" my jaw dropped and when I told her I was not interested she responds by saying "but I thought you made lots of money" as if that was an excuse to charge $60 for a womens hair cut! I beg you to please take your business elsewhere. Also I've never been to a salon where they don't have the combs in the blue sanitizing water. She just has them scattered on the vanity. I've been to this salon twice, and I like how easy it is to get in, that it's inexpensive, and that my haircuts grow out beautifully! I have lots of very straight hair, and so a good cut is a must for me. Plenty of salons can make you look good the day you walk out or even for a week or two, but I am usually too busy at work to get my hair done regularly. CC Salon really impressed me. Three months out and it is just now getting a bit unmanageable. It was even longer last time, when the owner I think it was did my hair. The stylists are not very talkative, but they really do know how to cut hair! I recommend them if you appreciate good value over a fancy salon experience. read more

$21 for a shampoo, cut and style! This is not a 5 star salon, in fact I'd probably only rate this place a 3 for cleanliness. However the cut and time she takes on your hair is definitely worth the price! read more

She highlighted my hair-that did not turn out like the picture I showed her but I tried to love it cause what's done is done. She charged me so high & then tried to ask for a tip, which came out to about $145. I left with half of my back wet cause she's rushing since she's the only one working & customers have been waiting. I took off my jacket when I got in my car cause half the back was wet. Next day I look at my jacket the same spot that was wet was bleached -so now a black & gray jacket is now brown. I call her to tell her she argues tells me to bring my jacket cause I wanted atleast $50 refund for my jacket she ruined. She tells me to bring the jacket if I want $50. I did along with my husbands exact same jacket to show how much she ruined my jacket. She tried to say I'm just trying to get money! I should be able to go to get my hair done without getting MY clothes wet and bleached! I had to pull up my phone to video her unprofessional self- I should have listened to the customer that called to complain about his hair she had did while I was on the chair! She took my ruined jacket in order to pay me my $50, which I still lost basically double that cause she still ruined my clothing. I have a video and I plan on posting it if she tries to lie. I will never go to this place!!! NO STARS! You don't even deserve one! read more

The woman who cut my hair today was fun and professional. She has a heavy accent and was a little hard to understand. But she did do a good job on my hair, I just did not feel like I could explain the little changes I wanted done on it due to the little bit of language barrier. The reason why I did not give her a 5-star review was only because of the way they collect payment and ask for tip rather than having you write it down. I hate having to feel obligated to tip on something that I normally do not tip for. Again that is not that big of a deal and they did it because the haircut is so cheap anyway. I would rather just do it out of kindness or because she did an over-the-top good job, then because I feel obligated to. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I went there today and had a pedicure. It was the worse ever. The lady who did the pedicure was clueless, and didn't even file my toenails. They were uneven, and she painted over my french pedicure with a PINK tinted clear coat which caused my tips to look a dingy pinkish color. She didn't scrub the bottom of my feet very well either. This was the worse experience ever for me. I am upset that I even paid, then I had to go and pay a different place just to do it all over again. I will Never go here again! They should stick to hair cuts! read more
