They not only showed up the day I called but when they determined my unit was beyond repair they were contacting the manufacturer and got me a new unit at no cost to me. They even brought two window units and installed them temporarily in my house so we could stay cool until the following day when my new unit came in. it was no hassle and some of the absolute best service we have ever had. They did quote me for a whole new unit without coming out to check it out. Atchley was supposed to come and clean my a frame inside the house and did everything but because the guy didn't know how and then wanted to charge me for sending somebody else out to do it. Bright was wonderful!
