Based on the reviews, I was really apprehensive about going here, but that turned out to be unwarranted. Dr. Spikes was very professional and made sure that I was not in any way uncomfortable. The whole thing was quick and easy. I was back to my office within 45 minutes of my appointment.

I had a bill issue that I was told was corrected in August 2020. I havent heard from them or their…read morebilling company since, so 7 months, until it was reported to credit companies (so they never did fix the issue). The billing company said I had to call lubbock radiology, who said I needed to talk to their assistant manager, who I left a message with 6 days ago. I still haven't heard back from Lubbock Radiology. The lady that did my scan was excellent, informative, and personable. She is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one.

They seem to have forgot who their customers are. They think their customer is the wound care center down the street that probably sends most of their patients there. They seemed indifferent to patients who had mobility problems and were not willing to help their patients. They took my cane away, and after the test was over they expected me to get my shoes on without a place to sit down or without my cane to balance. One of the technicians said she didn't help her children get their shoes on and she wasn't going to help me.

We did the 2D ultrasound that included 2 photos. They took their time, helping get baby into position for a possible view between the legs. We weren't rushed; we felt like our time was important and valuable. We got shown lots of features of our baby--feet, hands, the profile of the face, spine... we were in awe and so incredibly impressed! The technician who worked with us was wonderful, and joined with us in our excitement and joy throughout the entire session. We will definitely be returning!!

My husband broke his arm, got referral from his PCP to Dr. Crawford and waited for almost a week for scheduling an appointment. To no avail, even after a couple of phone calls to the office. It's almost "don't call us we call you" kind of service we received from this practice. In another orthopedic surgeon we got an appointment the next day.
