Tom @ Covenant Signs has always been a great help to our church and DayCare. We have purchased a large lighted pedestal sign, numerous small signs to advertise, banners for special events, lanyards, polos and t-shirts for special events (youth camps, cruises, staff, etc), lettering for buses and our little train, magnetic signs for vehicles, bumper stickers and more. They can do it all....and they will always treat you fair!! I'm glad we found Covenant Signs, because it's hard to find honest people that will stand behind their products. The worst customer service. It costs 2 dollars to access their stone age computer just so you can show them what you want to print. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. read more

This place is in my top 3 of worst places I've ever tried to do business with! I didn't even end up buying a sign from them because they wouldn't get it done! Several delays, excuses, no apologies...I finally had enough and canceled my order. Terrible attitude! Don't do business here, I wish I'd read previous other terrible reviews before I wasted my time. read more

Deplorable customer service. A simple order with a one-week deadline turned into a 3-week ordeal. I was given the same excuse on a weekly basis for three weeks in an smarmy tone that "things have been kinda busy around here" and promises that my order would be ready the next week. Upon pick up, I was informed by Perry, the printer at the shop, that my order was delayed because they considered the local Firefighter's order to be "more of a priority." Needless to say, my group decided to end all future business with Covenant Signs. I contacted Perry at the shop and asked that he return my artwork design I had submitted to them to print on my merchandise. (I had paid them a $60 "art fee" to make simple adjustments to my design which both Perry and the owner guaranteed I owned and could have back at any time.) Perry took down my email address, repeated it to me for confirmation, and said he would send it to me by the end of the week. Nothing. My associate called several days later, again requesting our artwork. Perry stated he had sent it and proceeded to repeat an incorrect email address. (I found this strange because he had already confirmed my email address verbally, plus, he had consulted with me a number of times via email during previous business transactions.) My associate corrected him, and once again, he said he would send it. Days passed and still no artwork, so my associate called again and left a message on their answering machine. No reply. Finally, I spoke with the owner directly and reported Perry's misconduct. The owner apologized and assured to me the matter would be taken care of that day. Within minutes, Perry called me back, not to address my concerns, but to address my "attitude." He told me, ''I don't have to give back your artwork if I don't want to", claiming my artwork was now "his property," and then demanded I apologize to him before he would return my artwork! Yes, really. I told Perry he had no right to retain my artwork, and actually had to threaten the guy with legal action before he complied to return my property back to me. After 2 weeks of Perry's games, I finally got my artwork back, but not without a final insult; in the email containing my design, he added, "If you need anything else, I will be charging you for time and any formatting you may need.'' And all this from a company that boasts "Christian values.'' read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The most unprofessional graphic design/print shop ever. They WILL not proof read their own work, they will hand you what they consider a finished product full of grammatical errors, double spacing in words where there shouldn't be, missing graphics, missing numbers and or bullet points, worst of all when you point this out to them, everyone says the same, that proof reading is not their job and should be done by customer, (that's fine if customer is bringing template to work from, but when THEY are supposed to design and write out your product they don't have anyone to proof read before they send it to print? No print inspector or print managers to ensure the quality of their work? On top of that they will not offer to correct any mistakes made by them or their shop, now I have 5000 worthless copies full of spelling errors, missing graphics, missing price points, terrible grammar and descriptions of my products, one example is of my description to a dish where it calls for peeled oranges and spicy sauce. That became "peed orange in spicy sauce" how could you ever present something like this as a finished product to a paying customer who needs to use the product to promote their professional services. Covenant signs will take your business and treat it the way they treat their business, its obvious they have no pride and no respect in what they do, to them you are another victim they can rip off and give you crap that probably has been photo shopped by a high school kid. Stay away from this place, take your business elsewhere. read more
