Package still not there. Was told it would be there 03/28:25 and it's still not there. I found out that the cost for the package should been only $62.00 and they applied additional $47.00 on top of that... What a rip off. The lady at the front while checking out some customers continued her conversation as I walked in and proceeded to say that she refuses service from anyone "especially Hispanics". She then looked at me and asked how I was doing, I respectfully replied and continued as I didn't hear her because I am a pregnant Hispanic /Native American and don't need or want issues. I'm not sure of the circumstances for the last reviewer but I've only had good experiences here. It's a little mom and pop place, clean with courteous and efficient staff. I've used this place a handful of times already and I'll continue to do so. I notice they have regulars too that they know by name - I feel like this is a nice shop with an owner who is friendly and knows people in the community. One thing I particularly like is that they will run the prices for your item that needs shipping and they will check it against fedex, USPS and UPS to see which has the best price. I love this shipping center. YES! What I need in my life. Tired of standing in the forever long lines at the post office that move at the pace of a snail? If so, you should definitely come here because YES they ship USPS. I believe they also ship UPS and FedEx as well. Prices are sure to be cheaper than going to a FedEx/Kinko's location and the lines here are briskly moving. They are very helpful and they only charge $1.00 for taping a package up. Unlike the post office which will make you purchase a tape roll every time you show up with a package not taped. I came in today with a ton of packages to ship! Some of the items I already boxed up myself and others I had the owner box up for me. The owner was very nice and pricing was fair. You can ship USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL (I think that's what it is) here. He would be more than happen to quickly compare prices and let you know what the cheapest option is and the time frame. I also went ahead and got something notarized that I've been hanging onto forever. I will definitely come back to this place when I'm back in town. SO RUDE!!! Took in a package that was prepaid FedEx for something I needed to return. The package clearly states to take it to an authorized FedEx drop off. He wanted to charge me a dollar to drop it off. I showed him right on the package where it says take it to an authorized FedEx dealer and he rudely tells me I'm not taking it. I did have two other priority mail packages that I needed to drop off also and he wanted a dollar each for those too. I had no problem taking those to the post office but I needed FedEx to pick up the other one. The money isn't the issue I have plenty of that its the rude manor like I was bothering him. He tells me that I don't work for free like he was going to have to do anything. The FedEx and mail man were going to do all the work. Everything was paid for and properly packaged. We just moved here and live close. It's a shame that I won't be using that business again. EVER!!! Worst customer service ever. Last year, I had a problem with them doing a print job for me but decided to give them another chance. I won't do that again! There's only one person running the whole place, so you have to wait and wait to get assistance. I had a print job I needed by the end of the next day. They didn't have the cardstock color I needed (nor did they have it last year), so I stuck with white. They didn't show me a proof of the final product before I left. When I went to pick it up the next day, they'd only printed every other page. Clearly, nobody checked to project or they would have seen that the page numbers were missing every other one! Ridiculous! Then the guy working there couldn't get the printers to work in order to try to print me a new proof for a second-attempt. After 20 minutes of me waiting, I told him to cancel the order, and I left. Just ridiculous. Instead, I went to the FedEx Kinko's off I-20 by the Parks Mall and was helped instantly! They gave me a proof of the work and gave me a hefty discount because of the screw-up at the Grand Prairie location. I will never again go to the Grand Prairie store. I run a small business and I specifically sought out this place to support small businesses. On one visit after I retrieving mail from my box I went to the counter with an outgoing PREPAID small USPS priority box. My box was sealed and the label attached. I asked him where I could put it so when the mailman did his daily pickup, my package could go out with the rest of the mail. Joe said it would me $1.00 to leave the package because he doesn't make any money. What? You charge for a mailman to pickup? Ridiculous. On another occasion I went to retrieve mail the Friday before Memorial Day only to be greeted with a small sign on the door that they closed early and would return Tuesday. There was no mention of an early closing on their website and since they collect email addresses when you open a postal box, I'd suggest emailing customers to inform them of early closures as a courtesy. On my most recent visit to retrieve a package which I had tracked in advance, Joe claims I was misinformed because my package was not there. I spent way too long looking for my package on the bookshelf. I asked Joe to check my postal box since I had accidentally left my key. He asked where the key was. I explained it was at home. He TOLD me next time to bring my key because he is too busy. No Joe...it is your JOB to provide customer service and retrieve my package from my box since you claim the post office lied. Yes, the package was in the box as it had been for the past 11 days! Finally, when my 9 year old asked you where he should put the ink pen we had borrowed...taking your slow sweet time to acknowledge his presence is unacceptable. Next time we'll leave it on the front table since bringing it back up to the counter while you're standing there seems too intrusive. As soon as my box is up for renewal I'll head to Fedex Office for my business needs, even if it costs me more. read more

I have used Copy & Ship for personal and business purposes for the past two years because I am out on the road much of the time. Joe & Maria's attention to detail and range of services serve me well. I particularly value their resourcefulness in helping me manage my shipments as a professional Amazon FBA seller. They don't have a posted list for some of the things I ask them to do, but we are always successful negotiating a fair price. Now, they pretty much know what I'd ask them to do if something comes up and I'm away. They just do it. Nice! They charge a nominal fee for occasional, one-off services and for some packages I drop off for carriers their franchise denies them from contracting with. That's fair for the convenience. I've never seen them be rude to customers. I do observe that sometime they get a little flustered because they can get swamped with business. But that's because people like doing business with them and, most importantly, they concentrate on giving service to the customer at hand. I've never had a problem with this place until today. Normally, they would not charge me for using the computer since the computer IS slow and I had to get help last time with printing from the computer. But today, I had charged to use the computer because the computer wasn't working. It was not my fault that the computer wasn't downloading my document. I've tried it SEVERAL times for it to work and it wouldn't open and the computer is very slow compared to what I normally use. I kept trying because I needed the paper for my final exam, because I would have quit if it wasn't urgent. The girl who was working charged me even though it was the computer's fault. Normally the guy who I normally see there doesn't charge me. But this time, the girl charged me even though it was their computer's fault since it wasn't functioning. I just had to literally open up my email and download a word document for school, which was 2 pages, and the computer was malfunctioning, which isn't my fault. What kind of printing place charges for their technology malfunctioning? I understand if I was literally on the computer for over 5 minutes doing other things and still printing or was printing a lot but I wasn't. I'm NEVER coming back because these people do not care for you and just want the most money they can take out of you. The printing isn't even all that, I've had MUCH better quality in printing somewhere else. I remember I had UPS or FedEx.. or somewhere print my project out.. which was greater quality and wasn't charged for anything extra. read more

I shipped several boxes of dishes that were thoroughly pack from this location. I insured every single box and had them put fragile on each box. I was told that if any items got broken that I would get my money back. Every precaution was taken to make sure that my dishes arrived safely. When the dishes arrived all of them were broken into small pieces. It looked like they threw the boxes in the truck. Since the boxes were also damaged. After contacting Fedex I was told that I could not file s claim since I was not the shipper. Even though my name was listed as the shipper, when you ship through this location they are considered the shipper through the eyes of FedEx which means I have to rely on them to file a claim. I contacted the owner of the company I gave him receipts of the items that were broken. He blamed me for the items getting broken even though I did everything possible to make sure that they would arrive safely. He told me that he would file a claim. This happened in December 2014, yet I have not received any money or any more correspondence from this company. I wasted my money not only to pack and ship these items. I also wasted my money by buying insurance. I will never do business with this company ever again! read more
